do they all 100 have the same tab? or are there 3 different tabs?

I got 33 right, 33 left, and 34 middle tab.

The folding part of the folder is difficult to conceptualize, but once you've done it 10 or 20 times you should pick it up pretty quick.

Are the tabs reinforced? Not just one layer?

No, they are not reinforced. They are just one layer.
