I jumped to bad conclusions when I didn’t receive the charger cord, I am sorry. I assumed I had been ripped off, however, since I’ve ordered the charging cord for this and have plugged it in, I now see that it not only works but it’s in excellent health. I ran the diagnostic on the battery health and I honestly got an amazing deal. I am sincerely apologetic for my original review and because of this I had to evaluate my childish, angry behavior. I am actively working on my short fuse. Thank you, and forgive me.

The media could not be loaded. Received item and not only was it all scratched and dented but it wouldn’t even turn on, whether on or off charge. Complete waste of time and money. Now I have to spend my time and gas to drive to ups send a completely faulty product back.
