maXpeedingrods 3" Front Coil Spring Lowering Kit for 1988-1998 Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra C1500 Drop Kit, Front Coils Kit

Purchased for a 1991 C1500 Reg cab/short bed with a 5.7l. Previous owner chopped factory front springs so needed a solid replacement with another inch of drop. These installed great with everything lining up first time and no issues. Used factory spring isolator on top and during process realized they in fact did not use drop spindles. I can't guarantee the drop, but I can say that with a 2" drop spindle it would be setting same as my last truck did with a 5" front drop. Complete happy and would purchase again.

I ordered the 3” drop coil and trimmed little less than half of a coil off to get me closer to the 4” drop up front. I paired it with the same brand flip kit and it sits great! The coils are extremely well made, original stock spring had 7 coils to it, this one has 7 or 8 that are tight wound and still provides 3” of drop. So it retains a close to factory ride.. other brands have less coils an are more bouncy. These are great. I wld 1000 percent recommend this company, the flip kit also went on no issues and lined up as it should.

1994 Sierra dropped it exactly 3” in the front and aligned with no issues. Smooth ride.

Gave obs a nice 3-ish inch drop and still rides nice.
