I couldn't really find the ingredients any where so I will list what is on the actual box here:56mg caffeine from 250mg Guarana seed extract, natural flavors, water, xylitol, sucralose, cooler, potassium sorbate, polyvinl pyrrolidone (stabilizer).I have an intolerance to xylitol and I didn't know that it had it in it so I wanted to share the ingredients in case you can't find it anywhere else.About the actual product- Tastes fine. For me (never done pouches of any kind before) it did sting quite a lot sometimes. I bought another brand with 200mgs of caffeine and there was no burn which was nicer. I think overall, 56mg is just not enough for me. However, there wasn't anything super bad about this product.

Peach is my favorite but this one is great also.
