You need patience when buying from this seller. Delivery is drawn out over 30 days. But you will get great products and their packaging keeps these items in pristine condition. They are also beautiful as well as sturdy.

We purchased these plates because my husband has tremors and the sides help him get his food on utensils. they are very pretty and heavy. Heavy is also good for people with tremors as the plate stays in one spot while trying to navigate the food. Unfortunately, one arrived chipped. There was a customer service card included and I wrote right away. The response was quick and straight to the point. I was given the option of replacing the plate with 2 plates or a credit on a future purchase. I opted for the replacement. Answers were swift and courteous. Unfortunately, I didn't hear it receive anything for almost three weeks. (This was just before July 4 holiday. ) I guess our request got lost. I contacted them again, got an immediate response and received 8 gorgeous plates. Best part, I don't have to return the damaged one. The ones we have had washed beautifully in the dishwasher. We haven't tried them in the microwave yet. These are wonderful dishes with great customer service. (Despite the wait.)

I love my Sasaki Colorstone sapphire plates, but when my adult son moved back home and broke one, I looked for an everyday set to use in their place. I was happy to find these beautiful plates on sale for only $24 for a set of 8. I ordered them with fingers crossed because of the reviews which complained that one or more arrived chipped or broken. My plates arrived well-packed and in tact. They are even prettier in person than in the pictures. They are an incredible value. That said, here are my notes for the persnickety: * The individual plates are heavy, even a bit heavier than my other (Colorstone) stoneware. * The unglazed surfaces on the underside are a bit rough in places, which is why I gave them 4 instead of 5 stars. I could probably remove the rough spots with an emery board, however, as could you. * There are small brown flecks in the glaze of some of the plates. It’s an aesthetic thing that shows they were made by hand. Not a big deal to me, but if you are bothered by flecks and variations in your tableware, it might be to you.

Initially ordered these plates for the aesthetics. Unfortunately, two of them had some defects. I contacted the company via Facebook and reported my issue. At the very least I was hoping for a couple replacements, but to my surprise, they sent me a whole new set. The representative was wonderful. My new set is PERFECT! I appreciate the quality of these plates. Very heavy/sturdy. They look EXACTLY like the ad photos. And I’m always receiving compliments on them. I will definitely be updating all my dish-ware to this brand in the near future.

So far, high quality no chips or cracks! Hope these hold up to teenage boys helping with dishes!!! So far so good! Heavy quality feel.

Beautiful plates, LOVE the colour! They are a good size, and not too heavy. The lipped edges keep foods from sliding or getting pushed off of the plates. They are great for everyday use, & can also be used for formal dinner settings.

Son hermosos¡ super elegantes, pero hay que tratarlos con cuidado porque son frágiles, pero nada de que preocuparse si eres una persona que valora sus artículos.

Como podemos ver este set cuenta con un diseño rústico que convierte cada comida diaria visualmente más agradable y elegante. Aqui expongo algunas de sus características: Ventajas: ✅Set de 6 personas: perfecto para reuniones de amigos o familias. ✅Diseño rústico: son un encanto de plato en cuanto a su diseño. ✅Color azul: Tiene un color ahumado que nos da elegancia y un toque muy bonito para nuestra deconración de nuestra cocina. ✅Apto para el lavavajillas: gracias a esto nos facilita la limpieza después de cada comida, ahorrando tiempo y esfuerzo después de comer que apetece ver la televisión tranquilo. ✅Alta calidad: estos platos tiene una durabilidad increible, resistiendo al uso diario de ellos y mantienen su aspecto como si fuese el primer dia. Desventajas: ❌ Cantidad: para familias más grandes este juego de 6 personas puede estar más limitada. En conclusión, estoy enamorada de este set de platos, estoy montando mi cocina de color gris y encontré esta maravilla de plato, pudiendo complementarlo con platos más pequeño, cuenco y taza del mismo estilo y color. Estamos disfrutando de nuestras comidas diarias con estos platos tan agradables
