Black cartridges DO NOT WORK
I bought the black cartridge in June 2024 and twice since I bought black cartridge my printer states there is a problem with my cartridge. How can that bee I have used the black one only a few time?Why and I would like to return it. How do I fix this?

Used cartridge
When opening & inserting cartridges the color cartridge had the safety tab, and was no problem. However, the black ink cartridge did not have the pull tab and when inserted the printer reported I was using a previously used cartridge. My ink sensor does indicate a full cartridge. It was either a return or a refilled cartridge. That's not what I paid for. Considering the color was new & all was already installed I won't return but, I'm not happy with a used product.
