DJI FPV Remote Controller 3

I’ve been using the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 with my FPV drone and it’s made a big difference to the flying experience. The dual-stick controls are smooth, precise, and highly responsive, which gives me a real sense of control — especially noticeable when doing fast maneuvers or flying in manual mode. The ergonomic, compact design makes it comfortable to hold even for long sessions. It feels well-balanced and less tiring on the hands compared with bulkier controllers. Battery life is excellent — I get many flights or sessions out of a single charge before needing to recharge. The transmission range is also impressive, giving me plenty of freedom to fly without worrying about signal issues. Another big plus is the versatility: the controller supports multiple flight modes (Normal, Sport, and Manual), making it a great fit whether I’m doing relaxed cinematic flights or pushing the limits with acro/stunt flying. Overall, the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3 feels like a professional-grade piece of kit — responsive, reliable, and polished. For anyone serious about FPV flying (racing or cinematic alike), I think it’s absolutely worth it.

Using this with both the Avata 2 and Neo, and honestly — it transforms the experience. The control is far more precise and confidence-inspiring than the Motion Controller. Sticks feel great, gimbals are smooth and responsive, and every input feels instant. Pairing was effortless, and the ergonomics are spot on — lightweight but solid in the hand, even for longer flights. USB-C charging and excellent battery life make it practical too. It really should be included with the Avata 2 and Neo kits — it’s that fundamental to getting the most out of these drones. If you're looking to unlock full manual flight and real FPV control, this is the upgrade you won't regret.

Definitely pick one of these up if you own an Avata 2 because this is the way it's meant to be flown, it's much better than the Motion Controller once you've got the hang of it. Also connects to PC via USB C and works in all the drone sims. Had to jiggle a few screws (as intended) to un-fix the left thumbstick in order to fly it in acro aka 'manual' mode. Very lightweight but still feels good quality, including the sticks/gimbals, buttons, dials, etc. and it's very comfortable to use. Has a little notch you can clip a lanyard to as well. Holds its charge for a very long time.

Wish I bought it of DJI directly, works well, easy to link up with goggles. Wish I did not have to dismantle it to set for manual mode flights, like an external switch for left trigger spring of some sort would be way more user friendly

It came originally packed. Looks and feel great. The problem i got is no way what I do (watched videos tutorials, spoken to ppl) I cant connect it to Neo. Im trying for over a week now and loosing my patience.

DJI do not disappoint with amazing quality

Just picked up the DJI FPV Remote Controller 3, and honestly, it’s made getting into FPV way less intimidating than I expected. The build feels solid without being heavy, the sticks are super smooth, and the overall layout is really beginner-friendly. Pairing it was basically instant, and once I started flying, the response felt tight and really natural. If you’re new to FPV (or a seasoned pro) and want something that doesn’t fight you while you’re learning, this controller makes the whole experience way more fun. Definitely glad I grabbed it!

Absolut begeistert – perfekter Einstieg und trotzdem extrem leistungsstark Ich habe mich für die DJI Avata 2 Fly More Combo mit den DJI Goggles 3, drei Akkus und dem DJI RC Motion 3 Controller entschieden und bin wirklich begeistert. Das Gesamtpaket ist hochwertig verarbeitet und sofort einsatzbereit. Die Bildqualität ist hervorragend. Die 4K-Aufnahmen sind scharf, die Farben wirken natürlich und durch die sehr gute Stabilisierung sehen die Videos auch bei schnellen Flugmanövern extrem flüssig aus. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die geringe Latenz der Goggles 3 – das FPV-Erlebnis fühlt sich direkt und immersiv an. Der Motion Controller macht den Einstieg unglaublich einfach und intuitiv. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hat man ein gutes Gefühl für die Steuerung. Wer später mehr möchte, kann sich mit einem anderen Controller auch an den manuellen Flug wagen. Technisch überzeugt die Avata 2 ebenfalls mit einer stabilen Videoübertragung, einem präzisen Flugverhalten und zuverlässigen Sicherheitsfunktionen. Die Akkulaufzeit ist für eine FPV-Drohne wirklich gut, und mit den drei Akkus aus der Fly More Combo sind auch längere Flugtage problemlos möglich. Wenn ich einen kleinen Kritikpunkt nennen müsste, dann wäre es die Leistung. Für die meisten Einsatzzwecke reicht sie völlig aus und die Drohne macht unglaublich viel Spaß, allerdings hätte ich mir bei Vollgas noch etwas mehr Schub und Endgeschwindigkeit gewünscht. Das ist aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und schmälert den positiven Gesamteindruck kaum. Insgesamt ist die DJI Avata 2 eine fantastische FPV-Drohne, die sowohl Einsteigern als auch fortgeschrittenen Piloten viel Freude bereitet. Die Fly More Combo lohnt sich aus meiner Sicht definitiv – klare Kaufempfehlung!

Radiocommande efficace pour le fpv. De très bonne facture. Fidèle à la qualité DJI.

Samen gekocht met de NEO fly more combo (NEO, motion controller en N3 goggles) Werkt prima met de neo en ook met de AVATAR 2 Helaas ging mijn NEO vrij snel stuk (ESC-fout, elektronica) , retour gezonden maar misschien koop ik er nog wel een.
