CRL Chisel Tip Windshield Stick Setting Tool - Pack of 5

Even though I saw reviews claiming that people received double taper end sticks, I decided to give it a chance. I lost. All five sticks were double taper ends.While the sticks are nice, they are not what was advertised, that’s why I rated 3stars.They are still ok by me. These things are cheap enough that I’m still happy- and I will actually experiment on one and see if I can cut at least one into a taper end.These double taper sticks are strong, well made and cheap enough to be of good service as they are.So if you have your heart set on chisel end sticks, I suggest another seller, this one can’t be trusted to describe his items accurately/truthfully.

This was the first time I installed safety glass with a Trim-Lok rubber seal. I was learning as I went. The plastic CSL Chisel kit was very helpful. I would have liked another thinner and more flexible chisel in the set. A thinner chisel would have been helpful in getting final adjustments to the seal alignment accomplished. I was happy to the job done and appreciated having these tools.

I bought these to remove old caulk and adhesive. They work great without scratching up the paint. Highly recommended for this purpose. Also pretty great for detailing places that are hard to reach and you don't want to scratch as well... just cover it with a rag and slide it into the area you want to clean out and not scratch. Works great for me on Car/Truck Door Jams, along the hood line, etc.

These are tapered tips on both ends. Ad clearly shows and states one end tapered, other end CHISEL. Contacting Amazon and Seller led NOWHERE.Sure, they good products at a good price but unless you receive what you need and ordered, they are USELESS.

Like I said they aren’t what are pictures they don’t have the chisel tip still useful just not what I thought I ordered won’t send back because I can still use them but wish I got what I was lead to believe I was purchasing

I originally purchased these to re-screen a metal Andersen window screen. I saw a you-tube video and it was recommended to use one of these, this one was a little smaller than the one in the video. I wasn't able to finish the re-screening, but this is a handly little tool to have around. I didn't use this tool for it's intended use, but I know I will use it for other jobs.It is something to put in your tool box and use when you need it.

Do not order this expecting the chisel tip. I received the wrong item originally, and then the wrong item as replacement. Buy the tapered tip for a much cheaper price, because that is what you’ll receive regardless.

Exactly as I expected. Quite useful for numerous applications. I have them located in several rooms as well as shop and in vehicles.
