Is there a way to split a tablet to make just one cup?

Yes you can use a knife but I find it easier just using a rollin pin to hit the tablet. Is really hard chocolate so it might or not split from the marks. It has guide marks that can be your measure for a cup.

How much cocoa butter is in it?

I think there is not much cocoa butter in Abuelita nor in the other well-known brand, Ibarra. Both brands are made with cacao, sugar, cinnamon. Ibarra brand adds soy lecityin, vegetable oil (instead of cocoa butter), artifical cinnamon flavoring, and more sugar than cacao beans. I think Abuelita brand does similar. But I have used both brands since that's what I find in the United States. And they're still good for a nice winter evening drink.
