This is pretty good as a marinade for shrimp or chicken when you’re trying to cut calories. I added some more herbs and some fresh garlic to it to get the flavor I wanted while cooking. I haven’t tried it with veggies yet, but I’m sure it will do just fine.

Definitely not my favorite pasta sauce, but for the value of zero calorie and sugar-free, I'll use it occasionally. I prefer their tomato pasta sauce, and would not recommend their Alfredo at all (watery and flavorless).

I was introduced to this product by a weight loss program. The product is calorie free but has great flavor! I use it in sauces and marinating meat.

This sauce tastes great! I use it all of the time. You’d never know that it has 0 calories!!!

you can definitely taste the Aspartame.. but that is unavoidable... it's a "zero calorie" product... they basically have no choice but to use Aspartame
