Superfood sausage supplement!
I’m a health geek and big fan of offal for its amazing health benefits and nutrient density. I’m always looking for ways to optimise my health and energy. And was intrigued by this product. Positives: Impressive clean ingredients Contains offal that I just couldn’t source or cook (ie longs) Good provenance (grass fed organic cows) Easy to neck I’d rather take a powder than capsules so emptied 6 capsules out into a small bowl. I added some ExtraVirgin Olive Oil, salt and raw honey and then ate it that way so it got to my gut in a smoother fashion first thing. I’d like to know what the organ grams equivalent is per 5 capsules so I understand what the nutritional intake is. Also. It’s quite a high price point so think this would be an every now and then supplement rather than regular. And stick to cooking and eating liver a couple of times a week. As liver is so cheap to buy.

I would not personally choose this brand of liver supplement
It would no doubt be cheaper to buy fresh liver to eat once a week, than to buy these capsules at £42.99 for 30 days supply. But, if like many people you dislike preparing and eating the real thing, then a capsule supplement might be a viable alternative worth trying. You do need to consume eight of these capsules a day though! However, I would not personally choose this brand. The glass bottle with seal under the screw lid gets my approval, but the choice of colours for the labelling is absolutely appalling. It's almost impossible to read the text, so you have to rely on coming back to this listing if you want to know anything at all. Even the bit headed 'Important, do not exceed the stated dose etc. etc. is unreadable. The details on this listing differ from that on the bottle label. The listing shows images with text about Biotin, Niacin, vitamin D, Leap 2, Hepcidin Peptide, Ergothioneine Peptide, none of which is mentioned at all on the bottle label. There is no information about where this product is actually made, nor where the 'Grass Fed Beef Liver' actually comes from. The only information on the bottle label is that of the distributer being Carnicopia Ltd, with an address in the UK.

Eye-wateringly expensive. Currently £42.99 for one month. Dose = 8 caps daily (no way!)
I think taking too many supplements daily is messing up my digestion. (I find swallowing them hard, so all are taken with a meal and each with a gulp of water. All this water probably unduly dilutes my digestive juices, with uncomfortable results. I have therefore begun reluctantly reducing the number of supplements, and even prescription meds, I am taking. No way, therefore, would I try to swallow 8 of these liver caps in a day. My fellow reviewers seem to feel more or less the same as me. I am planning to buy and eat more lamb's liver, but so often planning is as far as I get. I will be using these capsules as a backup, taking just one on some liverless days. Like that, they will last me a long time. The seller claims the liver is from grass fed cattle, but as a previous reviewer points out, they give no details on where those cattle may have been. I do find the current price of £42.99 breath-taking. I (gratefully) received these free of charge, as an Amazon Vine reviewer. I can't imagine actually paying so much for a supplement. I don't mind the taste of liver. (Marmite goes well with it.) I shall just have to get my shopping, freezing and cooking better organised before these capsules run out.

A Nutritional Powerhouse in a Capsule
When it comes to getting a nutrient boost, Carnicopia Thrive Capsules have become my go-to. Packed with grass-fed beef liver, kidney, and heart, these capsules offer a convenient way to incorporate organ meats into my diet. Description: The bottle contains 240 capsules, which is a decent supply. Each capsule is filled with a blend of beef liver, kidney, and heart from grass-fed cattle. The promise of nutrient density is what caught my eye – these organs are known for being rich in vitamins and minerals. The capsules are relatively easy to swallow, though they do have a slight aftertaste that’s typical for organ supplements. After a few weeks of consistent use, I've noticed an improvement in my energy levels and overall well-being. As someone who’s always on the go with a small baby, this added boost is much appreciated. My immune system also feels stronger, which is a bonus during the germ-ridden baby years. Pros: High-quality, grass-fed beef organs Packed with essential vitamins and minerals Convenient and easy to swallow capsules Noticeable boost in energy and overall health Cons: Slight aftertaste Capsules are a bit on the large side Pricey compared to other supplements For anyone looking to add the benefits of organ meats to their diet without the hassle of cooking them, Carnicopia Thrive Capsules are a fantastic option. They've made a noticeable difference in my daily energy and health, making them worth every penny. Cheers to thriving health!

You have to swallow 8 capsules daily? Hate the smell when opening jar.
£42.99 per month. £1.43 a day. £0.18 per cap. I'm primarily plant based, my goto brand's benefits feel more effective in 4 capsules than these are with 8. Despite being similarly priced the efficacy makes it cheaper per day. I take liver caps to help my chronic fatigue from heavy periods, deeper sleep (insomnia), & my heart doesn't feel like its beating out my chest when anxious. If you eat meat regularly you probs won't need this. No nasty aftertaste, prefer this to cooking it. unfortunately I will be sticking with goto brand but would buy if sold out.

Didn't do much for me
The jar contains 240 capsules of organic, dried beef testicles and liver. The recommended dosage is eight capsules per day and at £45 per jar, that is not cheap. Ok, we get what we pay for, so my mention of the price is exactly that, a mention and not a complaint. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow. I took these capsule religiously for a month and I didn’t notice any improvements in my well-being. I’m 56 and fit. I’m in the gym six days a week and I walk my dogs a total of four miles a day, so maybe I was expecting too much. What I will say is that I did not experience any negatives from using these capsules. No nasty after tastes, no changes to my bathroom habits, no skin eruptions, etc. With much regret, I’m not sure I can recommend this product as it didn’t do a great deal for me. They’re too expensive for something that proved ineffective for me. Maybe they might prove more effective for a much younger man or for someone on a health kick that’s just embarking on a fitness routine.

1 months serving freeze dried grass fed liver, at 8 capsules a day
Really expensive for a 1 month supply and you need to take 8 capsules a day for a 'serving'. I've had organ supplements that require 4 or 6 a day, but 8 is a bit much especially if you take other supplements. It's organic grass fed which is always good, and the capsules were ok to swallow (only did 2 at a time, so managed 6 a day, 8 is really pushing it for me). Didn't have any aftertaste. The bottle was well sealed and had a good 2026 expiry date. Of course these vitamins are organic 'food' source not synthetic and are therfore more bioavailable for the body to use It mention on the bottle the various amounts of Vitamins and Minerals contained in the 8 capsule serving - ie the amount of Riboflavin, Vitamin A, B12 and Copper which is helpful. Wish it had mentioned Vitamin D and Iron too but I think it just listed by the vitamins that were the highest amount. Better than nothing though, and I wish other organ supplement suppliers would also start including this info. This was easy to read for my old eyes as it was white text on dark grey background. However the dosage instructions, storgae info and warnings were much harder to read as that was a wishy washy pink on the grey background so that involved a lot of squinting.

Great solution if you'd rather not eat organ meat on a plate
These capsules are a great option, if you are like me and don't particularly like the idea or taste of liver, kidney or heart as a standard protein / meal source on your dinner plate, however you understand the goodness and benefits of them. With these you take 8 capsules per serving. I thought this might be an issue, but they are smaller capsules than others I'm used to taking, so pretty easy to swallow with a drink. There are 240 capsules per jar, which might sound a lot but it's only one months supply if taking daily. For the price of these, I would probably maybe take a serving once every other day. As if I was eating organ meat for its benefits, that too I wouldn't be eating every single day. I can't say I feel any different, but the benefits of something like this are usually felt overall in the long term, rather than an immediate effect. So I'd recommend this product as nice way of getting liver kidney and heart without having to directly eat the meat on your dinner plate so to speak. Easy to swallow capsiules, and no after taste.
