I have been enjoying this portable pilates bar kit with resistance bands. I closed my gym membership recently and made a home gym instead. This kit is very handy. Variety of exercises I can perform for strengthening and toning the muscles. Easy to piece together and take apart to put away. Durable bands and straps. I like the 20-30-40 lb increments to increase as I progress in my training. It's a tough workout. Great for total body conditioning

This is not bad for a travel set to get in a decent workout while on the road in your hotel room. The bar breaks down into three different pieces, which makes it easy to pack. It only has a couple of different weights for resistance, but again, that is sufficient while traveling. It also has a bag that fits in nicely so that you can easily put on your carry-on bag or your checked luggage without taking up a ton of space. There are better options for at home, but for travel this is great.

For the most part solid quality.Where the bands connect to the clips seems well done, does not look likely to pull apart.The clips, while on the small side have a pretty nice snap to them, good spring.The ab wheel - while not the best, still will do the job, you can run it as a single wheel or wider as a double wheel. (Why would you do it wider as double wheel, because you can put your hands farther apart, shoulder width, which most ab wheels cannot do) I weigh 215 and while doing the ab wheel I put a good amount of weight on the bar, no sign of it giving out.There really is a good number of exercises that can be done with this, It would be great if traveling and had no access to a gym, Or if you just wanted one simple piece of equipment for home, you can do a lot with this.I gave this a five star, not because it is super high quality, but for the price it is very good quality.

The elasticity of the resistance band is a little weird, it feels inconsistent throughout the band if that makes sense. The ab roller is cool and easy to set up and dismantle. I wish there were more options of resistance weights.

The bar is heavy though, steel construction, overall this kit is a bit heavy. I plan to use this at home and when traveling. There is also an instruction guide a bit small to read.Overall 4.5 stars taking into consideration the products description, quality, features, value and cost of 39.99. I do recommend this product, and would buy again.
