This cable is an absolute powerhouse. I originally bought it just for fast charging my iPhone, but it quickly became my go-to cable for everything. I own a LOT of USB-C cables; most of them charging capable only -- this was my first foray into trying to find a 'proper' data USB-C cable. I did not need much; just a short cable that can easily be stashed and brought out any time I need fast data transfer speeds (proximity doesn't matter when speeds are THIS fast; you'll be done transferring before being in a 'cramped' space annoys you). This cable does both of these in droves while also having a fancy LCD display to display current Volts, Amperage and overall wattage being supplied to your device. The cable construction is probably of the highest quality silicone cable I have yet to feel and I own several as silicone cables are my personal preference; HUGE ups on this category as it REALLY makes it feel like a quality cable that wont knot or coil itself willingly. The connectors also feel very solid and not a worry point at all from a quick glance/feel made of some type of metal compared to other silicone cables ive seen where the connectors LOOK similar but in fact, are some type of cheap, hardened plastic to give the appearance and feel of metal. You will find only aluminum(?) metal housing the connectors on these hagibis cables which also adds to their overall 'high quality' construction feel. Cannot attest to the speeds being accurate but I would only assume that 40gbps is definitely achievable on this cable seeing that they knocked everything else out of the park; I can only imagine they started with a 40gbps cable as a BASE and then just improved on it upon there so you should not really worry that this cable won't hit its rated 40gbps rating. edit: Got around to testing the cables data throughput, and while I was not able to hit the rated 40gbps; I do believe it may be down to a transfer limit on my device/hub/motherboard as I was only able to see a peak of about 10gbps which checks out for the hub splitter i attached it to. nevertheless, if I truly wanted the 40gbps i could hook it directly to my motherboard for the 40gbps but 10gbps is already 20x faster than your standard charging + 'data' cable. Hagibis is definitely a big recommend from this IT guy.

This cable is truly pro-grade equipment. The soft silicone insulation stays cool, however, I noted that there was more heat coming from the ends of the cable when under fast-charge loads. I suspect the silicone reflects the heat inward, then it travels down the cable to be released by the beefy metal connector on each end. This is really only noticeable when putting the cable to work on 100w fast-charging jobs. Next, I needed to use this in a tight space. I was able to figure it out, but the pro-grade connectors are a bit longer than normal so they stick out prominently from the ports and that can make close connections difficult. The display to monitor power flow is a very helpful feature, and I have confirmed it to be accurate. You may consider using adapters on the ends to manage close quarters, but make sure the adapters don't limit the data transfer speed or power delivery below what you require . I may try a flat cable next time when I need a 1 foot cable. But this cable works well and its not going back. I'm happy to have a 240 watt capable cable. That performance makes this cable a future-proof investment.

High quality cable! Has lasted me 6 months with no damage! The quality is amazing. It is a thick cable and just feels PREMIUM! The head is a bit larger due to having the LED display built into it and this does cause issues fitting into certain cases. I do a lot of photography and video -- I've bought three of these and may buy some more. With all the flavors of USB and USB-C out there these days-- some "charge only", some with slow data and low power and others a good deal faster and higher powered-- and very few of them labeled in any meaningful or easy to discern way-- I got these in the neon green color so it's easy to find them in the dark or in a tangle of others. It's great to know that I can find them easily, that they are *always* up to the needs of the moment, and the little readout on the connector on one end tells you how much power you're getting from your charger. They cost a little more than some others, but they deliver the value and stand up to regular use. The only knock on them is that the connector plugs are a little bit round and stocky, and it can be tricky to plug them into a multi-port charger if the slots are close together and you have other cables plugged in around them. It's a trade-off, but one I'm willing to make in exchange for all the other benefits.

It is not a 240w cable. I tested and found it to be maybe 15w, didnt check transfer speed though.

This USB-C type cable is available in nice colors and has a quality, silicone housing that's nice and flexible. It's not stiff at all and comes with an adjustable rubber cable tie. The plugs on both ends are sturdy and one side has a digital readout for Amps, Watts, and Volts. One side also protrudes a bit from its housing in order to make up for a cell phone case thickness, although it should be longer to make a tight fit with a case. The readout is accurate and it can handle power well with the fast charging capability. Works great as a USB-C display cable too with 4K, 60Hz easy. I would recommend this to a friend and purchase again myself if it ever breaks (doubt it).

It only took about 4mo to start ?)OCD and have so many to choose from and many wireless chargers and:battery packs. To be clear, this failing is NOT because of my phone's USB port or even the cable's plug. It's very easily to isolate the issue: just stabilize the plug in a new device like a wireless USB charger and slightly bend the cord and the display goes blank. All cords will do this eventually, but for a thick 240W cord to do it in less than 5mo of moderate use is not acceptable. Fantastic display though and when it was new it did reach crazy wattages.
