Good grits, faulty packaging.
Although the grits came swiftly and the outer box was perfect, when I opened the paper Outer bag and started to remove the inner plastic bag containing the grits, I found the inner bag split open on a crease and the grits started pouring out over the counter and floor. I suggest you switch to a sturdier bag.

Not the best:(
These are not your grandma’s Southern grits. They are very large coarse grain. Sort of like the difference between oats and steel cut oats. Plan on a long cooking time.
