The install was cake. The product fit perfectly. Color match was perfect. According to others who have posted, this product is about 10% of the OEM price, so even if it doesn't hold up over time, I can replace it 9 more times before I lose any money vs. OEM price...Pro tip #1: re-use the old hinge to save lots of time on the install.Pro tip #2: re-use the old arm rest inner liner piece that is held in place by 6 screws, to avoid issues with the new rubber bumpers not being the right size.Pro tip 3: do not re-use any of the old screws! The new screws are exactly the right size for the new armrest...and also the old/OEM screws are torx head, which is a pain.

Perfect fit

The media could not be loaded. I have a 2010 Ford Flex. It is tricky to replace the console cover in the Flex. The best way to do it is to remove the old cover from the hinge and place the new cover on the original hinge. There are YouTube videos about it.This is good because I don’t like the new hinge anyways. I don’t like the spring and I especially don’t like that it only opens about 50-60 degrees, compared to the 90 of the original. That would make installation very cumbersome.Overall, the fit is good (FYI, the listing says 2013-2019 but it fits in all years, it just has black stitching instead of white stitching) but the cover is a little lumpy, has wrinkles, and is a bit of an odd-feeling material. I tried applying a leather conditioner which worked great on the seats and old cover but felt weird and slippery on this cover.The lid is very hard to latch. You really need to slam it and the button is very firm to open because of that.For $30, I really can’t complain. It feels better and looks better. It might be a bit low quality but it’s still well worth the small amount of money you end up paying.If the leather smooths out in the heat, I will let yall know.1 week update: well, it latches much easier now. I guess it just needed to kinda wear in or something!

This was a great buy. Not all that expensive and was able to replace in about a half hour. Works great and looks good. Does not have same texture as original. Watch video for tips on install. Do replace the little rubber bumpers with the old ones from the original lid. EZ-PZ

If I could give this product 0 stars I would, this thing is by far the worst product I have bought off Amazon. It's cheaply made and doesn't even fit on the stand proper. The latch is cheap and so is the leather. After installing it the armrest wouldn't latch whatsoever ever. I took it apart and reassembled and it still didn't work, it worked just as good as the orginal broken one. Overall please take my word and Don't waste your time on this stupid Chinese knockoff and buy a ford issued one. Definitely getting a refund. I would've posted a video and or photo but frankly I wanted to box this thing up ship it back.

Great quality; easy installation.

Good color and feel things to know is the bracket does come with the new lid. It was easier to unmount the bracket from new lid and reassemble to old bracket as there were less screws on old side than consol side. Fit really well. Had to replace due to center consol not latching and all guts of lid to hold latch were broke out, so couldn’t just replace the latch!

Appeared to be cheaply made. Wrinkles in the Pleather and color was off. So I took the cover of the original one and put on new one to make it work. Easier than sending back.
