I bought two sets of these for our Aventon Pace 500.3 eBikes. These changed everything as now we had full off road capabilities and kissed the paved trails goodbye. Amazingly tenacious in all sorts of dirt / hardscrabble/ sand / rock situations and excellent for climbing. We are definitely using the bikes in an unprescribed mode as they were built for road and beach side cruising. Now they are badass trail bikes and we spend our weekends in Fort Ord trail bombing. It's been over a year and I have had no reason to switch back to the street tires. Recommended!

great tire and delivered ontime

I had no idea the bike could be so comfortable after replacing the original tires with these. At first ride I thought there was less coasting and some drag, but it was due to the effect these had in making the ride unbelievably smooth. The regular bike path filled with tar strips and cracks and gaps was a different ride altogether - no bump transfer to the seat and the hands were jitter free. Tires had good air pressure but the real test was how well they felt with coasting and regular pedaling on flat terrain. These coasting was absolutely effortless. Time will tell in wearability and the occasional goat head thorn. Opted out not to make a mess with pumping in green goo as the previous tubes had. Every top off of air made a crusty mess of the air pump nozzle and most likely caused valve seal issues no matter how careful. Hope the claimed higher pressure with multi layers including kevlar will make a great difference in thorn resistance.

We have 2 bikes, so I bought 2 sets. This firstset arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They mounted easily and are 5 star worthy. I lowered my rating after getting the second set 2 days later. Upon opening the second set there were razor blade cuts on the box and only 1 tire and 1 tube were in the box and had been opened out of their packaging. I requested a replacement order which Amazon accommodated. 5 days later I am still waiting for my second set. My main concern is the cuts on the box when you have tubes and tires in there. Who wants to install tires to only remove and replace again due to someone using a box cutter on the box. Plus the seller shipping only one tire and tube which had been opened. Again, the first set arrived perfectly, so I am cautious and warn you to look carefully at your tires and tubes.
