Great ice cream bowl
Our family eats too much ice cream. We tried making it, but couldn’t find the right container. This is perfect all in one. You can make it in the bowl and freeze it instead of transitioning to a separate bowl. So convenient! The ice cream maker easy to use and set up. I am impressed with its build quality, reliability, and value for money. It makes ice cream quickly and stays cold. It is very easy to clean, fits perfectly in my kitchen aide. Very functional. Highly recommend if you love ice cream and want to make your own to stay healthy and save money.

Easy attachment for perfect ice cream
It attaches easy with nothing but top notch quality from kitchen aid appliances. I also got the beginner book on how to make ice cream. It has lots of recipes. My ice cream came out perfect!

Avoid unless you like clean
Cheap plastic blade. Froze to side walls and snapped off causing bowl to be knocked off arms. I’ll fitting attachment to head. I watched the videos. It even advises in a couple of the videos that if the blade and the attachment to the mixer don’t fit perfectly snug. It’s OK because they support each other and they will work fine. Once the unit is moving clearly not the case. So my partner and I really enjoyed cleaning up the kitchen the cabinets the floor after this flung liquid everywhere the impact of the ball flying off the arms and hitting the moving head of the mixer caused The bowl to become dented inside and this was a freshly frozen bowl so if that tells you how hard this impact was save your money avoid it by a ninja creami

Simple and Delicious
Love this ice cream maker! We’ve made sorbet a couple times and it’s worked as advertised. The capacity is great for our family and we can save some for later.

My review isn’t a bad one but pls read b4 purchase bcuz it could help
So I’m not sure what rating to give it bcuz I never used it. I bought it thinking since most of my family is lactose intolerant. That type of ice cream is very hard to find. We live 25 mins from major grocery stores that would carry it & if I did buy it it’s melted by the time I get home even in an ice chest. I thought since I hv a Kitchen Aid mixer why not try this. After opening the box & reading the instructions I found it’s just not for me & my busy schedule. It says nothing on Amazon that you hv to freeze the bowl for 2 days then make sure the ingredients are chilled b4 placing in 2 day frozen bowl or it won’t work right. It doesn’t say No SALT needed of which I thot might go between the outside & inside bowl-again nothing in Amazon description. When I want to make homemade ice cream I want to make it right then especially if the grandkids stop by. I don’t plan that far ahead. So I’ll just buy an old fashion churn style or electric ice cream maker that uses salt & hv the grand kids take turns sitting on the top. It doesn’t help make it freeze faster but my dad said it did so of course we’d fight over taking turns. He’d fold the paper bag the ice came in (60’s & 70’s era) then placed the folded bag on top so us kids could sit on it . Great memories!!!😊

Highly recommended!
A very good ice cream maker that fits my KitchenAid. The kids can make healthy ice cream by themselves. If you don’t add whipped cream, you can also make smoothies. Homemade is much healthier—you can control the sugar and additives. Highly recommended!

Great product for the summer
Honestly didn’t think I’d use this as much as I do but wow, totally worth it. This KitchenAid ice cream attachment is super easy to use—just pop the bowl in the freezer overnight and you’re good to go. I’ve made vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, even tried some weird combos just for fun and they all came out so good.It mixes everything up real nice and the texture is always creamy, not icy or weird like some homemade ones turn out. Clean up isn’t bad either, just rinse it off and let it dry.If you’ve got a KitchenAid mixer already, you kinda need this. Makes dessert way more fun and now I always have ice cream in the freezer which might be dangerous but I ain’t mad about it.
