Bought these tires Saturday from here and there are not run flat at all below it says run flat but they are not

This is a run flat tire?

It DEFINITELY is NOT. I bought this same exact tire from this exact seller, and ended up returning it. I'm surprised they have not edited the specs like I asked them to do the same thing will happen to other possible customers. Priuct description states under Special Features: Runflat. This tire sticker says part number 2345400. Only part number 2325300 is RUNFLAT. I called Pirelli customer support and they confirmed this is not a run flat.
