I am 6', 230 lbs. I went with an XL. The fit is good, and not to tight or loose. My only compliant is the length ( I wear a 36x32 jean), the length is about 2" longer than I'd like. Not bad if wearing sneakers, but going barefoot, they could be shorter. I bought the black (really wish they'd offer in a speckled heather grey), and I get compliments on them all the time. Quality is excellent, and material is of medium weight. Not too thin, definitely not thick like a fleece. Will be buying in more colors.

Es muy cómodo (elástico). Tengo 4 pants de la misma marca. Los recomiendo ampliamente. La tela me parece muy buena. Mido 1.77m. y peso 75 k. Y pido la talla S(chica) y me queda ligeramente largo pero le doblo el redorte de la cintura y queda perfecto.
