The first unit that I received would not charge fully, only ever displaying three lights (even though it charged to four - once unplugged it would show three). I informed the company and the replaced it within a couple of days, no quibbles. The replacement had exactly the same problem, again they replaced it without question. Third time a charm as it works perfectly. I am happy with the product as it is very well made and gives a weeks worth of charges no problem. My experience with the first two I put down to bad luck, and after the outstanding customer service I am very content.

Took a long time to charge using the mains power (a good 16+ hrs) but also lasted some time charging several iPhones and small tablets before recharging, does what you need it to do.The solar charge, contributes very little can’t really tell how much it’s adding if it’s left in the sun.I have queried this with RAV customer service, who I must say have been great in their quick response top marks for providing the means for customer satisfaction over their product.

Good quality, sturdy unit and very reliable. I purchased another charger before this and it was broken after 1 day, but this unit by RAV is much better and comes with 18 months warranty! Happy with the purchase!!

My first impressions of the product are that the solar panel is awful. I put it on all day in strong sunlight on a sunny and warm day and there is no indication that the battery was charging at least a bit. I have doubts whether it works even though the green indicator lights when exposed to light.Assuming that the solar panel is meaningless, I would have to order only a high-capacity battery. I'm sorry for this purchase. Disappointed!

This item was bought for my stepson to take with him when he goes touring France on his bike. His assessment is that this is a fantastic bit of kit, compact, robust and waterproof. He’s delighted with the fact that it has a built in battery so that he always has a charge for his phone, irrespective of sunlight, plus the obvious benefit of the solar panel for device charging too.

This is a quality product that seems sturdy and well made. I am disappointed in the instructions though - I have managed to work it out but i am not technically minded and much knowledge is assumed i.e. type c inputs. There are vague instructions but nothing is explained and i'm still not sure I'm putting the right cables in the right places.

Excellent battery life. It does take a while to fully charge but then it also lasts a while, too. Approximately 6-8 phone / watch / headphone charges each time.It is a bit heavy though but I keep mine in my rucksack so it's not too bad to carry around.

Great bit of kit perfect for weekend away camping , kept 3 phones charged all weekend no problems .
