Iv had keep fit equipment before that say the following. Easy assembly, which is usually complete rubbish. Usually messing about with alan keys and spanners and 2 hours later with blisters all over your hand its done. This however is fantastic. You take it out the box unfold it and its done. Absolutely brilliant, if only flatpack furniture was like this. It's sturdy . It's a bargain.

Just what I needed for a small home gym. Not as sturdy as what you’d find in proper gyms but for the price it’s really good. Easy to assemble and easy to keep stored away flat if needed

The bench is very sturdy and stable, even though it is light. Just required two bolts to be slid in, no assembly otherwise. Reading other reviews I was concerned that it may not be long enough but unless you are well over 6,6” it won’t be a problem.

A really good bench for the money. Comes ready made so other than getting it out of the box and putting the safety keys in, it's good to go. I would reccomend.

Very good for home exercise. Easy to use . So far strong and non slip. I am satisfied with purchase. Delivery was on time.
