Perfect replacement power supply for my Razor PC

I bought one of these chargers a while back and it seemed great, despite getting very hot. After 4 months or so though it stopped working after making a loud bang sound. I contacted customer support as the charger has a 12 month warranty, they were very friendly and didn't mess around! The replacement came a few days later. This charger was far less hot for a time but has now started to malfunction and seriously overheat just like the last one. :(

No way to return after 1 month because of return policy and no way to contact seller charger broke after 2 months of use

The poor presentation was a let down - just stuffed in a brown box barely big enough did not make me feel I was getting my money’s worth (had I paid). So first impressions were pretty poor.
