I bought this fountain for my cats. It is easy to assemble, nicely made and clean looking. Easy to clean, very quiet and the perfect size for cats. It keeps their water fresh, since it is constantly being circulated through two filters. The stainless steel bowl is very durable and holds lots of water. It's more sanitary, super simple to clean, and will last a long time (2 year warranty on the motor). My cats love this fountain. I would recommend this purchase and would buy again.

UPDATE: I was able to talk by "chat" with Amazon reps and work out a return of this item. See below.This is a very simply designed and constructed fountain, or dripper, that goes together easily. It should be easily maintained, as it's all stainless steel. Unlike several others I have, putting this one together doesn't require precise alignment of any parts. Easy!The cats love its nearly silent stream of water and prefer it to two other different fountain models available to them.However, the unit I received appears to have a pinhole leak in the water well, as water slowly leaks out, and would damage my wood floor if I didn't use a large plant saucer underneath to catch it. I did not realize this within the very short return period available for this item. I have tried to get help through Amazon, but...no response.I really like the fountain for all the reasons cited. If you decide to purchase it, but be aware that there may be a defect with the water well.

My older cat likes this fountain. It's surprisingly quiet. It didn't alarm the older cat so there was no adjustment period. He stopped using his bowl as soon as he saw this.The younger cat was suspicious of it. I think she would have used it but the older cat claimed it so I can't be sure. He has claimed so little, I didn't want to interfere.It's easy to assemble and clean. The capacity is good and it's easy to add water. It looks simple and clean. I like the appearance of the metal base.

I really like this fountain and so do my cats. I wasn't sure I was going to like the fact that it continually runs but it is very quiet so it's great and the water is always available. The only thing I wish it had is security clamps on the lid to my keep my one cat from pulling the lid off. She is able to dismantle every fountain I have ever purchased. I did purchase some stainless mini binder clips that secure the lid perfectly and they are so small they don't touch the water. This one is constructed nicely. The stainless steel looks great and I love the round shape. I have only had it a week but so far we love it! I feel like this was a great purchase and you cannot beat the price!

I previously owned a plastic cat water fountain but wanted to move away from plastic so I bought this one. It's quiet and I like that it doesn't have a bright light that might irritate her eyes or light up the whole room at night like the previous one. Holds a good amount of water, kind of wish it was easier to see the water level but not a huge deal. So far so good.

I like this fountain so far and more importantly, so do my kitties. I like that the reservoir is covered so the water doesn’t get as much junk floating in the water. Pump seems adequate for pumping the water. You do have to unplug it from the power outlet to lift the lid off and check the reservoir level and to top off/refill it due to the pump being attached to the lid & not sitting at the bottom of the reservoir like with a lot of fountains. It’s stainless steel so it’s much easier to keep clean than plastic fountains. Easy assembly.

Both dog who thinks he is a car and cat who thinks he is a dog dig it! Why order fancy ceramic pet water fountain when this one is priced right, super easy to assemble and clean, comes with extra filters etc and keeps your pets hydrated when you don’t have time to refill water bowl every hour? Also so much quieter!

Works fine. Runs out quick and has no indicator when it’s running low and no little window to check water level. Kind of annoying to refill, you kind of have to just unplug the whole thing

Geen plastic ding, maar degelijk metaal. Doet het prima, Poeskat speelt met water! Leverancier biedt service met extra filters en indien motor kapot is wordt deze vervangen.

Prodotto ottimo,facile da assemblare e da pulire. La manutenzione e pulizia dei filtri è molto semplice. Ha una grande capienza, perfetto per lasciare acqua a disposizione per alcuni giorni bisogna solo stare attenti che il livello dell' acqua non scenda sotto il livello minimo.Il rumore è veramente minimo,non infastidisce.Consigliato.

Mi gato no tenía problemas para beber (en uno normal) pero al saber q este tipo les gusta más lo compre y es cierto, Ahora le veo q bebe algo más.El mio es algo miedoso/desconfiado y al principio metía la patita para ver q era, pero enseguida se acostumbro a beber.Lo único q no me gusta es que no se ve el nivel de agua pero he notado que cuando va quedando menos el chorrito es algo más flojo.
