Love this product it’s great. Always use it . For headaches put it on the back of your neck. Great for muscle aches. For colds put it on the bottom of your feet. Although I will point out to make sure you wash your hands thoroughly after use a good couple of times. I used this then washed hands only once before putting in contact lenses . Very warm and tingly eyeballs

I'v brought so much of this in the last few years. I have sinus headaches and this balm really helps,it's very soothing and I always feel better for having something like this to hand.Its good for joint pain too.

Finally after years of pain medication from GP (which don’t work!!!!!) I’ve found this amazing product. I have fibromyalgia so I have chronic pain on a daily basis, however the cream in this little red bottle is a life saver, I can now go nearly all day with little pain and I can finally get comfortable in bed and actually sleep!!!!! ( something I’ve not been able to do for a very long time) if you suffer from chronic pain get this product you will certainly not regret it (I’m buying more whilst writing this!!!!)

Been using this for ages ,it now comes with some sort of pink essence ,previously it used to be white/clear balm.But the strength and the uselessness has remained the same over the years
