Very easy to use
Use to repair a simrad marine radar cable, was easy, better than remove and replace the whole cable 👍🏻

Excellent replacement cat-8 connectors
I used these connectors to replace a damaged section of expensive cat-8 for a customer and added a short patch cable which saved the customer $$$.

These work as intended.
These work as intended, but the instructions could be a bit better. I had to watch a YouTube video on how to install. I recommend using the T568B standard on all DIY cables and keep it consistent across your home network.

Interesting concept, but very niche.
VCELINK Cat8 Toolless RJ45 Connector: The Ferrari of Ethernet connectors! It’s so fast, my data arrived yesterday. Gold-plated and shielded, it’s like the James Bond of connectors. No tools needed, it’s easier to assemble than a cheese sandwich. Comes in a 2 pack, because one is never enough when you’re living life in the fast lane. 40Gbps? More like 40 Grins per second. Highly recommended for those who like their internet like their coffee - strong and fast!

I found it a lot more difficult to set up than a conventional connector. But definitely felt more secure once done.

From my experience, nice idea that IMHO isn't ready for prime time.
VCELINK Cat8 Toolless RJ45 connector. If you can handle it gingerly enough so the wires don't sneak out of the white block while you attempt to line up the block in its mounting position it 'should' work. Once the block is finally in position you have to hold it in place as you close the shell and of course keep the cable steady so wires don't move. A wire or 2 fell out of place every time I attempted to close the shell. Fingers get in way of shell as it closes while holding the block in place. You have to cut the wires short to assemble and close the shell. The white block doesn't have enough holding power to keep wires in place once you punch them in their respective slots. So if any movement of the wires or cable they pop out of place. Trashed the VCELINK Cat8 Toolless RJ45 connectors and went back to push through connectors with the crimping tool which are tried and true. The length of wires help keep the connector on while assembling which also makes pushing the wires in easier to ensure the cable jacket fits inside the shell for a nice clean assembly.

So easy, works flawlessly
Bought this to finish my outdoor Cat 6E thick and rugged cable installation. This is fantastic, clips on perfectly and works at 10gbps. Buy this as this is metallic and mighty, very reliable.
