FALCAM F38 Camera Strap Quick Release Kit, Camera Holder for Neck/Shoulder Strap, Plate and Base - 3142

I've purchased 2 of these for both of my PGYTech camera shoulder straps. These allow the camera to hang lens down and close to your body. They also allow you to easily attach and remove your camera from the strap via the PGYTech base plates (they also work with the Falcam and other mfg plates) easily and as a plus eliminates the strap attach dongles from your the camera ears. Awesome idea and excellent execution. I highly recommend these strap mounts!

this is a game changer for your camera, my biggest gripe has always been where the straps go on cameras, and this is for all brands. The mount also fits most tripods unless you have and older version that has a different adaptor or shoe. get one of these for every camera you have you will not regret it.

I love this accessory. I thought I was buying the same one I'd previously bought but realized there are two versions of this. This version has a single button that has a lock feature.The other version has two buttons as a safety against the camera coming out.

I saw this praised by a YouTuber and I thought it was a really good idea for people who use a tripod and a strap. I have the Peak Design Slide strap and I love the anchor links to remove the strap from the camera when it's on the tripod but then the strap can slide off your neck or shoulder which is a hassle. With the Falcam base you can switch from strap to tripod and back again while leaving the strap around your neck with no fear of it sliding off. I have the Peak Design Capture Clip and the plate works perfectly with the Falcam base so it's a great complement to the Peak Design ecosystem. Time will tell how durable it is, as I just received it tonight and I haven't left the house with it yet.My only complaint, which isn't a complaint about the item itself, was the time it took to ship. I ordered it from Amazon because I thought I would receive it faster than ordering directly from Ulanzi but it took 17 days to arrive. Not a big deal but if you want it for a specific date or a trip make sure to order well in advance.

Adding this to a camera strap and letting your camera quick disconnect to it is a game changer.

Attachment works well with Peak Design Plates. However, when switched to lock mode, the bottom automatically unlocks because it is too large.I don't get it that no one is mentioning about this.

After seeing a few YouTubers comment on this and also having supported Falcam(A7IV video cage) I was quick to jump. I was tired of the Peakdesign always having to unclip on both sides then trying to re-clip.Once I saw the reviews I immediately purchased this and could say with a A7IV, 50 1.5gm, 35gm, 20-40 and a Fuji XT-5 with a plethora of lenses that this product is amazing. Being able to unclip with one apparatus is clutch for on the go shooting, especially families with young ones!

If they can put 1/4 screw hole at the bottom it would be ideal. As this is compatible with other branded plates thus offering wide compatibility and Falcon V2 and v3 only work with f38 plate.Please make one like this with 1/4 hole in the bottom center.
