This pillow is life-changing!
Perfect height, high quality, highly affordable, and my favorite part is the cooling side, which is somehow always cooler than the rest of the pillow. Incredibly comfortable! Highly recommend for someone wanting a firm, yet soft pillow!

A real cooking pillow
This is the real deal. The only thing to consider during the winter months if you are a side sleeper is that you arm can get very cold if the cool side of the pillow is on the bed (I always have my arm under the pillow when I sleep). I am not sure how I will work this during the winter but it is a great pillow and very cooling on the cooling side, especially if you align the pillowcase as they instruct

Cooling
It works very well and helps me, a naturally hot person, sleep better. The firmness is great, not soft to the point of being flat.

Comfortable? Maybe. Cooling? No.
I returned this because it was not cooling at all. I don’t know if it was just me, but this definitely didn’t feel like a cooling pillow. It was a little bit comfortable, but after sleeping with it one night I woke up to more neck pain. I returned for something different as it didn’t suit me

Great pillow
Firmness is perfect for me. You can tell right away it's a good quality pillow. It's not too flat. Only thing is cooling side isn't much cooling.

Does the opposite
My head has never sweat more than it does sleeping on this pillow. I’ve never written an Amazon review but this pillow does the opposite of what it claims to do. It heats up your head!

Great Replacement for Old Comfort Revolution
VERY comfortable and has great support. I honestly can’t imagine going the firmer route. The softer version is great. My old Comfort Revolution pillow has since been revamped and looks nothing like the newer versions.. so I needed a replacement from a different company as it went sorta flat. It’s roughly 2” in height and stays VERY cool. Highly recommend for face down sleepers/ warm sleepers/ side sleepers

very firm
It is a pretty good pillow. I think it's best for side sleepers, not for sleeping on your back. It is pretty good at cooling (this is the first "cooling" pillow I've ever bought so I can't say how it compares to others). It feels cool to the touch, though after several hours, it does still warm up. I suppose there's no way to avoid that
