I apparently have the size/shape foot they do not fit well. I do not think it is poor design, simply didnt work well for me. I am in the 1/2 size of the range for the shoe, a women’s 9.5, falling in the 9-10 range. I have a good wide forefoot, average arch, average-large women’s heel. The shoe was super easy to get on but also for it to slide off. Not sure I will buy in a smaller size as then it might be too tight, so will try another style of water shoe.I wore these on different style of beaches, fine sand to pea pebble to rocky. It did fine on the sand and pea pebble but rocky they slide too much. Once I was in the water (flat ocean harbor, low to moderate waves ocean, lake, river) as they didnt fit well they did slip around on my foot. The ocean waves I felt would pull them off so I limited my time in the ocean. Had I not been worried about what my feet would touch down on, I would have throw them back to shore. They are even more important in lake & rivers, worried about garbage people throw in, broken bottles, fishing hooks, etc. Noticed the lake and river mud could pull them off more easily. Again some would be addressed with better fit but some I felt was the weakness of the shoe.So if you are more adventurous and needing something to handle rock scrambles, different risk factors in terrain and debris, you might look elsewhere. If you are sticking to groomed calm beaches without turbulent waves, then these are great if they fit.

I love the water shoes. I’ve got a pool it is surrounded partially buy a Flagstone sidewalk that has tiny gravel in between each of the stones. The gravel really painful when you’re trying to walk around that sidewalk. I’ve used rubber thongs and the pebbles just get under my feet because the things are open. I ordered these on a whim. Are you kidding me!? Not only are they adorable they are comfortable. I’ve worn them all day in and around the pool. I’m getting ready to order several more pair. At this price point you can’t go wrong. A lot of the reviews are talking about how the seam came undone or a toe poked through. The chlorine in the pool will eat any kind of material anyway and if you’re out in the sun that’s also hard on any type of material. For 10 bucks these are worth it. With so many colors to choose from you can surely get a pair that matches your swimsuit. I love them and I recommend them and if my toe comes through tomorrow, I won’t feel bad about it. I’ll keep wearing them until they fall to pieces.

I’m a big sock person, but I have pets and have to go outside randomly or the floor inside gets really dirty and hairy. I like these because they feel like socks with a bottom on them. So even though they are water shoes they work perfect for what I was looking for. I guess I really don’t like big slip ons. The only thing is they can be a little tight at the top and the back never fully goes to the back like the picture shows. I normally keep socks on because the inside just has a little insole that can move around wherever and socks feel better with it (for this purpose). I have really narrow feet, my tennis shoe size is an 8. I got the Womens 7.5-8.5. It would have been pretty uncomfortable I think if I’d gone smaller.

I'm so glad I took the time to read the reviews on sizing. I normally wear a 9 1/2 women's in close toed shoes to give me room and prevent rubbing. In slides and flip flops I'm a comfortable size 9 women's. When looking at these shoes for beach or pool I noticed the sizing was either 7 1/2-8 1/2 women's or 9-10 women's. I took a chance after reading someone else's review who said they were a solid nine and a half but the 9-10 was flopping off their feet and ordered the 7 1/2-8 1/2 size. And frankly, I couldn't be happier, it's a great fit and although I haven't tried it out at a beach yet, I have walked around on my porcelain floor at home and it's great. And there was so many great options and prices that I couldn't make up my mind. I ended up ordering the looming blue/yellow and the graffiti blue. I also loved the packaging and they care insecuring the product where it wasn't just thrown in a bag and shipped.

I wore these to Hawaii to walk from the hotel room to the beach. In the water they protected my feet from the sharp rocks that were bothering other people. They worked perfectly for that. We played in some pretty big waves and these did come off a couple of times. Luckily, they floated so it wasn’t a huge issue. I might try the ones that look like socks next time for comparison, but these were great for walking around and really saved my feet from scrapes.

These water shoes fit true to size and are very light weight. They are thick enough to walk in the ocean over sharper rocks / uneven footing but light enough to not weigh you down in the water. They dry very quickly being light weight and the sole of the shoe is sturdy and solid (I don't feel like the wrong rock is going to punch a hole through it while walking through the ocean waters) These are a must when traveling or entering waters where you cannot always see the bottom (avoiding sting rays, sharp rocks, sea urchins, ect) The texture of the shoe is more like a wet suit and fits snug to your feet but not too tight. I found that they fit true to size and loved all of the different pattern and color combinations to pick from. Overall I am very happy with these water shoes and they have traveled with us on vacation to Mexico 4 - 5 times and have held up so far. You may be able to slip a snorkel fin over them, but the bottle does have some thickness to them, we have not taken this approach.

I loved the fit and cuteness. I wore these to walk along the water at the beach. However they filled with so much sand that by the end of my long walk I nearly had a blister on the ball of each foot from walking on the hump in each sock. Also took two washings to remove MOST of the sand after I got home.

These saved my life while vacationing in Jamaica. The shoes I brought on vacation were no match for all the walking I ended up doing and I started to get blisters. I originally brought these for water activities but they were so soft and comfy that they became my daily walking shoe. I will always take these on vacation now!

A good pair of water shoes for those who have delicate feet.

The media could not be loaded.  They are very comfortable to wear and really light. Along with this, they’re very flexible and can fit neatly in a pocket without damaging them.The soles inside are really soft and I have even thought of using them as slippers. Their grip was great, in and out of the water. On the beach, I (mostly) felt in control of my balance thanks to them, even on slippy stones. I think they will be great for any water sports, kayaking etc.Also, they are very stretchy. When I first got them I thought they weren’t going to fit me as they looked a bit small but I tried them on and they fitted perfectly. A minor issue which I noticed was that the water caused the sole cover to come off slightly (see image).Overall though, I think they’re going to be a great addition for my holiday…...

Beautiful colours and soft fit. The size is a touch too large, I had ordered my usual size but probably could have ordered a size smaller.
