Follow video instructions for connecting to WiFi and Alexa. The printed instructions in my package were incorrect! The fan itself is phenomenal. It is well made from what appears to be quality materials. Time will tell about corrosion and the like. We live in a high humidity area. This fan really moves some air! It is nearly silent in operation. It has a lot of mass, so do not expect it to be spinning at high speed instantly. Likewise, it takes a while to stop! The light is bright enough for us, but it would be great if it were brighter for those cleaning days! My wife likes the multiple options for color temperature and the dimmer really works well for setting an ambience. Once it was installed, very straightforward if directions are followed, it powered up and worked flawlessly with the included remote. I did have some issues getting it connected to house WiFi and Alexa, but once I found other instructions on YouTube, it worked great. It has been in operation now for two weeks and we love it!

The fan is fantastic. It looks great and it puts out a lot of air. I have it on a patio and it looks great. The remote control works great. The lights are are a added value.

This is your ceiling fan for a large, high-ceiling room. Instant confort in our living room giving instant comfort. The design, finish, scale, remote control and air movement capacity are exceptional. I believe this ceiling will reduce our reliance on running the HVAC in both the peak of summer & winter temps!

Looks good, works good for now but missing parts again. Looking the the drawing step #6, as per the picture or just plain using common sense, you'll need a washer below the nut. The blades are made out of aluminum and the nut are steel, without the washer, the fan blades with get damage. Aluminum and steel, you'll need a washer between them, like a washer. But theyre all missing. I I have to spend another 11 bucks to fix them. Installation was easy if you're handy. Tucking in the wires was the hardest part. Update: The seller took care of my problem! Gave me a new set since the old one had dent and scratch and also missing the LED light. The fan is great and super easy to install. The only down side of the installation is tucking in the wires. The con i would say about the fan but isn't a big deal is that the remote refuency my be old tech because its very slow for the fan to respond. Another con is that the fan makes some type of electrical noises when it's turned off from the remote. I have to completely turn off the wall switch to stop the noise. the LED seems to be On too, but very faint, even though its off. Again unless it's off from the wall switch it is not completely off. Overall I love that this is made of aluminum. I also recommended to the seller that there should he a washer between the fan blades and the nut. It's on step 6 of the instruction guide. Its also common sense to put washers because the bolts and nuts are steel and sits on aluminum fan blades. You will cause damage to the aluminum and over time the corrosion will get worst from that damage. Update: seller is top notch! Replaced my first order. This fan is great and the metal construction is superb. Seller reimbursed me when I had to go get the washers. The washers are critical between the metal nut and aluminum fan blades. Fan have high vibration and the nut will eventually cause a galvanic corrosion due to friction and vibration. I recommended this for the seller to include this before they sent out the product. The fan is super easy to install for me, and the hardest part is tucking in the wires. You dont need an assistance to install the fan but it will make faster if you do. It took me 45 minutes to install by myself. The cons of this fan are: fan is slow to respond from the remote. Dimming, changing the ambience of the light. But once you have this set up, not really a big deal other than the fan would spin back before turning forward. Another con is the power isnt really turned off when you turn it off by the remote. You have to turn it off from the wall switch to have have power completely cut off. There's a noise you hear and the LED light is on, but very very faint. You can see it on total darkness. Overall, this is a high value fan and i would definitely recommend this to anyone.

DO NOT BUY! This fan is not compatible with AFCI/GFCI Breakers—it trips the breaker every single time. I bought this fan as a replacement and upgrade for an older fan with a remote controller. My old fan had no problems at all. Installed this new fan, and it tripped the breaker immediately. I reset the breaker, turned on the fan, and it tripped again. Diagnosing the problem, I removed all plugged-in devices on the circuit, reset the breaker, turned on the fan, and it tripped again. Next, I replaced the breaker with a brand-new Siemens QF115DF 15-amp breaker—a direct replacement. Guess what—the fan tripped again with nothing on the circuit. SO I ran a brand new, independent circuit using 14/2 wire with grounding to the brand new breaker. The fan ran on the highest setting. HOWEVER, as soon as I changed the speed to any other speed, the breaker tripped. I checked my lights on the breaker, which indicated that it is tripping the AFCI—nuisance tripping. This means the fan controller produces too much “noise” on the wire, and the breaker does its job, thinking there is a problem. This fan is completely useless on an independent circuit with a 15-amp breaker. There are no switches—the wire goes straight from the breaker to the fan. I am very disappointed in this product.

We decided our living room fan wasn't sufficient for our space, so we upgraded from a 52 to 72 inch fan, and does this one move air! With 6 speed settings, we find 3 is very sufficient for our needs. We installed it in November, so I am excited to see what it will do in the summer time when the hot air gets moved around better. The 3 light color settings are fun to play with, along with dimmer settings. Much better than the small lightbulbs in the older fan. The old fan had a 4 ft downrod that didn't match the finish, so I had to use the 2 ft downrod that it came with. Here's a suggestion, make the three included downrods connectable to make a longer downrod, for those really tall ceilings... I like the brushed nickle aluminum finish, gives the room a bit of a modern touch. The remote is handy, I'd recommend a 3M strip for temporary placement of the remote caddy on the wall until you're ready to put holes in your wall. Installation is straightforward, feed the wires through the downrod, connect. If you need a longer downrod (2ft+) you will need to splice some wire, it's 18 gauge thin wire, to the ceiling adapter/receiver box. Our fan had 3 wire romex (live, neutral, ground) without a wall switch, always on), don't lose the remote, or maybe get a backup if your remotes like to wander.

It's a great fan, moves enough air in our covered patio. Picked this one because of its aluminum blades (wooden blades tend to warp over time in high humidity environments). Being able to change the color / temperature of the white light is a plus.

Sturdy. First of all this is a robust fan. It's not too heavy to handle or hang, but it's not cheap either. Metal parts and good hardware (screws, nuts and such). The wiring is long enough to not have any issues hanging it, and the instructions are easy to follow. Now, I will admit, this isn't the first fan I've hung, but some are made to look good but are difficult to install, this one is both good looking AND easy to install. The look of the unit is modern or maybe industrial...no...I guess it's modern. I have the brushed Nickle housing and the matte silver colored blades. I would've liked the brushed Nickle with gray or black blades just for a bit more contrast and style. And as for style, the size of the fan has my visitors saying "wow"! It's 7' diameter makes it a "thing" …a part of the décor, not just a utilitarian piece, like a heater vent or a light switch. It's something to look at. That's why I would've liked gray blades. As for airflow, well you can have a gentle breeze or , well, you can blow paper around the room and mess up your guest's hair! We just keep it on speed 1 most of the time. There was no balancing needed, the first time we turned it on, it was smooth and quiet. so it's balanced pretty good right out of the box. Noise? Not much at all. In fact I think the only noise you can hear is the wind itself, the motor is whisper quiet. Maybe the tiniest hum, but I cant tell if it's motor or just the blades going through the wind. It's quiet. The light is as advertised, variable color temperatures and dimmable or as bright as ya need it to be. As for any dislikes, none that are enough to make me lower the rating much. Like I said something this size can be made to look invisible, or become a piece of room décor. So as I mentioned, a darker blade option with the silver motor is one thing, the only other thing is the fan speed. In my opinion, the lowest speed, number 1, is like most other fan's number 2. I wish there were one speed lower than the current number one. It's just a bit too much for when you just want simple air circulation, but, it's not a bother or loud or anything like that. Like I said, it's a really nice fan for the price. I would've given it a 4.8 for the lack of a slower speed, and lack of blade color choices, but obviously there is no 4.8 rating available.

Absolute waste of money. The fan worked for 4 days after that it's not responding to the remote. I had bought it for our patio since the arms were long. It fits the space but it's completely useless because it doesn't work. I had to buy it earlier because the contractor had to weigh and measure the fan to be able to provide for a hook on the pergola, so it took us a while to install the fan after ordering. So couldn't return it as return window had closed. I asked the seller for support with repairs, but they completely denied responsibility because it was 2 weeks after delivery. Completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the seller Desert Cart and Amazon! Selling pieces of junk for 1600 AED!
