I've never tried cooking with silicone pans before, but my cupcakes were always getting stuck in the muffin pans even when I greased them and if I used muffin cups, they stuck to the muffin cups. These muffin pans are fantastic. Nothing sticks, they cook the muffins well, the muffins come out of the pan very easily and they're easy to wash. The 1st time I used them to make muffins, I didn't realize that both pans were still together and I cooked my muffins using 2 silicone muffin pans without realizing it and they still turned out good. The solid handles on each side help to get the muffin pan out of the oven easily too. The muffin cups themselves are smaller than normal, but smaller portions are good for you, right? LOL.

With 3 teenage boys this pan is my go to for quick easy small snacks that I can stretch out for a few days. It's easy to clean. Very very sturdy. Definitely non stick. I'm planning to order the regular size one soon.

The flexibility of the silicone also makes removing baked goods much smoother compared to rigid pans. That said, the flexibility can also be a downside. If you don’t place it on a sturdy baking sheet before filling, it can feel unstable and awkward to transfer to the oven. Once I started using it with a tray underneath, that issue disappeared. In terms of baking performance, it cooks evenly for the most part, though I’ve noticed the bottoms don’t brown as much as they would in a metal pan. Not a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you prefer a crispier finish. Durability seems good so far. It holds its shape after multiple uses and washes, and it hasn’t absorbed odors or stains. Overall, it’s a practical and low-maintenance option, especially if you value convenience and easy cleanup over perfectly crisp edges

Love these muffin pans. Food comes out so easily. Easy to clean, use and just an all around winner. I was getting frustrated with my nonstick pans. Problem solved!

These are not small muffin pans they are regular size. I was expecting the small ones so you wasted my time.
