I love this stuff! You can add it to anything to make an electrolyte drink - big win for me since I hate the taste of sweeteners like stevia, monk fruit, etc in a lot of other electrolyte drinks. I mostly drink this with water and a squeeze of lemon but I’ve had it in plain water, tea, lemonade and they were all good. You can’t even tell a difference in the taste of any of the drinks besides the plain water and that is very minimal. I’ve tried the citrelete and the regular one you can’t go wrong.

She needs more water and electrolites but 4 cats one 2 water fountains I have to give her a little bowl of water but wants her fountain and all cats get it.. its hardcwith 3 catscand cst fountain to water alone so I put it watery in food.Better than nothing

This Elete Electrolite solution was recommended to me by a friend that runs marathons. I started trail running and it never fails that I get a MAJOR calf cramp around the 6-8 mile mark... I was complaining to my friend, who recommended this product - and WOW... what a world of difference it makes!!! I was able to run 10 miles with NO cramps!!! I felt one coming along on my walk back to the car, took another dropper full of Elete and my cramp was instantly relieved!!Notes - this tastes like straight sea water, like a mouth full of the ocean. I could not bear the taste mixing it with water as directed... I opted to taking a dropper full, putting the dropper as far back my throat as possible to avoid tasting the stuff as much as possible and then rinsing my mouth/washing down the drops with a water bottle.I use this product for muscle cramps, however my boyfriend loves using it as a recovery solution for the morning after a long night of drinking - this product is a must-have in our household!!!

These electrolytes are great! I did a 4 day water fast and I felt extremely hydrated and full of energy. Also, the taste for some reason made me want to drink even more water than I usually do. Contrasting to the time I did a water fast using Baja gold salt I really struggled but this worked wonderfully for me.

Easy to add to your water or other liquid. Other than a slight salt taste it is tasteless. I add a little flavored water enhancer sometimes. This was recommended by my doctor as I had severely low sodium.
