clean electrolyte that does not leave you jittery
I love this electrolyte! I’ve tried MANY different brands, and I have to say this one is the cleanest and effective one. It does not leave you jittery, the taste isn’t the best, but there’s no natural flavors, which was a huge ingredient that I was looking to avoid. I’m thankful I found one. I use this daily, it gives me energy and sustain me through my physical labor job.

Everything you need, nothing you don't
Good product. The bottom line is this: If you want electrolyte water without any frills (sugar, flavor, etc.) this is a great product. Some folks say that this product is overpriced. How true that is depends on what exactly they mean. Is it possible to make this product yourself for less? Yes, but there are pitfalls and complications to formulating your own electrolyte powder. Are there other consumer ready, "frill free" electrolyte powders at a better price? No. (If I am wrong, please let me know in the comments!) Heck, I used to get my electrolyte fix from coconut water, so this is stuff is dirt cheap by comparison... As for the product itself, it passes my body's litmus test. I got into drinking electrolyte water because my body likes it. It soothes my headaches, helps me stay hydrated, and generally makes me feel good. This product gets that job done as well as any other. In regards to the flavor, the "lemon lime" label may be misleading. This product has no added flavoring, artificial or "natural". The citric acid does give the mix a subtle and refreshing bite, which is vaguely reminiscent of lemon lime, but it is nothing like a typical lemon lime sports drink.

Citric acid is VERY bad
Totally Gross & I did not notice it contains "Citric Acid" a mold by product that has nothing to do with citrus. This is not a healthy alternative to natural minerals. At best it is a cheap convenience product no better than gatoraid lyte & half as tasty

Great for athletics & weight control - but why not make it yourself for far less $$$ ?
Maintaining a healthy weight is a challenge for me, even though I am a triathlete. So the Celtic Sea Salt Electrolyte powder is great for supporting me in drinking plenty of water (which helps with the weight) and maintaining a good electrolyte balance when I'm training and racing (and sweating!). I also like that the ingredients don't include sugar or sweeteners--although, by the same token, this will not provide "fuel" in the form of calories as sports drinks will. As of this writing, at $24.50 for a 4.2 oz container and 60 servings, I find this extraordinarily expensive considering that its primary ingredients are Celtic Sea Salt (see Celtic Sea Salt, Fine Ground, 16 Ounce made by the same company and $8.50 for 16 oz) and citric acid (see Milliard Citric Acid - 2 Pound - 100% Pure Food Grade NON-GMO (2 Pound) 2 pounds for under $11). Throw in a few drops of the trace minerals of your choice (this product claims "65 trace elements" while LyteTrace - Essential Trace Minerals - 200 Servings (With 79 Verified Elements, Including Minerals and Trace Minerals such as Magnesium) (1 Bottle) has 79 and is $14 for 200 servings). I'll be making my own in the future.

Keeps the leg cramps away!
Love this. Mild pleasant taste and I love that it's not full of other flavors and additives. If I forget to take it for a few days I wake up in the night with a charlie horse so I know it helps keep me hydtated. Tip: If your canister arrives in solid form keep it in the refrigerator for a day or 2 and it breaks up perfectly.

Staple electrolyte mix - great for getting rid of "keto flu" too!
Adds a richness to drinking water, with a nice balance of minerals. When on ketogenic fasts, I take a few (little) scoops of this stuff and get no "keto flu" or cramping. I'm sure it'd work great while doing sweat-inducing exercise, too. I love that there are no sweeteners of any sort - there's the slightest hint of a citrus flavor but it's just their mineral mix and sea salt otherwise.

Perfect
It did what it's supposed to - it served as an electrolyte. It's kinda' weird tasting in plain water, we use it in a 50% lemonade and 50% water mixture (from Octsoc - read backward) + 4 -5 level scoops (we use the included scoop) of this stuff and it's quite refreshing on a HOT day - we live in the high desert southwest 90+ degree days. It does get a little solidified after about a month or so, but it's easy to scrape

Best to keep refrigerated
If it’s humid, it will come in a risen cake, hard as a rock. Called them and they told me to put in the fridge and in a day it was broken down good to go.

arrived safely, thankyou. has some taste, ever so faint lemon or citrus-y, better alternative to squash juice for me, crave it after a while. cleanest and most comprehensive i could find. shame about price quite expensive but lasts a long time. Dr. Tent FTW!
