I put a fleece lined coat on my dog once when she was a year old and it was like absolute torture to her. We didn’t try a coat for another two years but with below freezing temperatures and very wet snow I thought we should give it a shot — more than anything it’s a good mud guard. Less of her to wash!The coat is nicely lined and the wrap around front with the buckle coming up around the chest is very easy to get on and off. Once the dog’s head is through the neck hole you can adjust that buckle strap to fit your dog.The coat is long on her back which is great. It covers the top of her hind legs. There are two elastic loops to go around the hind legs to keep the jacket in place. They were riding up - practically like a dog double-G-string and she was clearly uncomfortable so I cut them and left them attached at the sides. I then run them under her belly and pull them up on opposite sides of the coat and tie a bow on top. This works really well and the coat stays in place perfectly (and she plays roughly in the dog park every night).Other dogs have bitten onto the coat and really gone after it with her and it has held up. One small tear from a very aggressive hound is barely noticeable—this coat is durable for sure.

Love these dog coats. All 3 of my dogs wear them. Very durable, easy to put on. Keeps my dogs warm & dry even in heavy wet snow & sleet. The longer hip/ back leg coverage is especially helpful in keeping the dogs warmer. The coat stays on nicely when my dogs run & play & roll in the snow. And the coats wash and dry very well too. The only thing it needs is a small button or clasp to keep the collar upright when it's really cold & windy out. Otherwise these are really great dog coats for the price.

Great fit and adjustability with longer sides and back leg straps to keep the wind from blowing underneath, like the buckles instead of velcro to cinch it. Nice lining and heavy fabric suitable for winter. Really well made product, good value. Ordered according to chart. My little guy looks sharp and ready for cold weather.

This warm coat was so easy to put on our giant dog. It just slips over her head and you snap the adjustable belly strap that keeps her nice and warm. Its very easy to wipe down and the high fleece collar has been great for the extra cold night walks.

I purchased 4 of these jackets for my GSPs and I could not be happier! They keep my pups warm and actually cover their necks, chest, belly and extend past the end of their backs. My pups range in weight from 60-75 (boy in blue is 75) and went a little larger so their entire back was covered— so many jackets only go 3/4 down the back. Multiple adjusted straps to adjust so you get a good custom fit. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful dog coat!! I really like all the features. I purchased it because the description states it is adjustable. That is true, however minimally. Still a great coat! I did return due to it not having my required adjustability.

Fits great and keeps my dog warm

This has been a favorite coat for my dog -- fleece lined on the inside and water resistant on the outside, and easily cinches with the center clasp. Wonderful and highly recommend and hope to use for many seasons ahead!
