Was a bit hesitant to buy this one; mixed reviews but I took a gamble. I have not had it very long, but so far I am quite pleased with it. Makes a great cup of coffee. Read your instruction manual before using and abide by it. Three brew settings on the knob: mild, medium, strong. While it's brewing the blue light ring pulsates, then solid blue light when it is finished brewing. Love the color and the style. I also like the fact there is no clock on it so one less thing to reset after a power outage. Simple on/off and nothing to program. Exactly what I wanted.

Great little coffee pot. Brews quickly and tastes great. Wonderful if you are looking for basically 2 regular cups of coffee. This thing is gorgeous as well. The only downside is that it shuts off after 30 minutes and I have to turn it back on. Wish the timer were for 2 hours before auto shut off

UPDATE - the Customer service team has gone out of their way to try to resolve the issue. For that they get 2 stars added. Most companies do not care enough to bother. Original review- If you drink your coffee slowly or are only interested in a couple of cups per sitting then it would be better for someone to invest in a pod brewing machine versus this unit. Brews 2 standard coffee mugs per pot. Lasted 8 mos before the 10 minute brew turned to 28 mins and the brew temp went from 142 to 138. Please note the warming plate is on for 1 hour - sometimes. This was fine until that 60 minutes was taken up with 28 mins of brew time. Additionally, the scoops of coffee went from 2 to 3 for the same flavor value. With quality coffee the cost it is now, this is no longer worth the lesser cost of higher end coffee makers. It is cute and if one doesn’t drink a lot of coffee, just needs one to sit on the counter for an occasional guest… this would probably be fine. At minimum, I expected to get a good year of daily use for the price. It started failing about 6 months in. At 8 months the coffee is nearly undrinkable.

I love this coffee maker! I have tried so many top of the line, down to the 5 cup Mr. Coffee, and this is a winner! I have owned and used this great little coffee maker for 2-1/2 years. It makes a wonderful cup of coffee. It is a quality coffee maker and I have had zero problems with it since day one. The cost is a little more (or a lot less) than some of the other smaller makes on the market. I am so very happy with this cute little retro looking coffee maker. I own a small Krups, Mr. Coffee and a Cuisinart, and this is the only one that I am 100% satisfied with. The strength adjustment knob does change the strength of the brewed pot. The timing of the finished pot depends on the strength selection, as it slows down the water through the grounds depending on your setting. If it ever stops working, I will be buying another one, as in my opinion, it is the best in its class!

I’ve had my coffee maker 5 months and it’s already broken! It won’t turn on. I use it once or twice per day and follow instructions in the manual. I’ve tried descaling it as the company suggested (that didn't help). Considering this is a $70 coffee maker, I expected it to be good quality. I would love to speak with someone from the company to make this right. It’s a cute style and goes well with my kitchen. I’m a single Mom and can’t afford to buy another coffee maker right now. Can y’all just send me one that works? I feel like everything these days is designed to break (planned obsolescence) so we have to keep rebuying. Please don’t be one of those companies!

Definitely not worth $50+. Maybe $25-30?? I'm sure we've all seen the reviews of people who say they received a used item. I didn't and that's not what this review is about. But, if you buy this, buy the paper filters and use those instead of the reusable one until you decide that you're going to keep it. I would return this but the reusable basket is stained and I feel bad returning it used because they would probably just send it to someone else. Some say who cares, but overall the machine is not THAT bad. It has annoying features that are written about in MANY reviews: It's hard to fill up, it leaks out the bottom if you so much as put one, JUST ONE, more drop than the max level, and it super slow on the strongest setting. It's also hard to fill. So I use a 24 oz water bottle. The medium setting isn't too slow. It gives me time to take the dogs out and feed them. So I've learned to use 7 scoops to get the strength I want. But I really wish I had listened to the reviews and bought something else. However, if you're willing to take the chance because you like the way it looks, use the paper filters just in case you decide to return it. It's perfect for me as I'm the only one that drinks coffee in my house. It makes 2 nice 12oz cups. If you don't care returning it used, then it doesn't matter what filter you use. I just don't feel right returning it used and stained...

Really cute and compact. Wont' make coffee for a crowd, but perfect for a cup or two. Two wishes...that the lid opened a bit more for pouring the water in, and that replacement carafes were easier to find. Our original carafe cracked and we tried two "similar" replacement carafes with no luck. Ended up replacing entire unit.

Love it as I brew this daily for myself. This instructions were strange. It tended to dumb down the millions that I have read in the past. Please tell the reason for this.

I just received this coffee maker in the mail last night. Was so excited to use it this morning, but when I turned it on, nothing came out. I've looked up instructions on the internet and Youtube to make sure I did it right. Multiple times, I filled it with water and grinds, turned it on, clicked the brew button, and 30 minutes later there was still no coffee. Disappointed, and a total waste of money.

I replaced my 6mth old Keurig for this wonderful coffee maker. I missed the scent of coffee, and having the convenience of a pot of coffee. This is perfect for 1-2 people. It makes delicious coffee - I have only tried the medium strength setting, so far. I don't find it is slow to process, it is average, and 100% worth waiting for. The size is perfect for my needs, a small office kitchen space. The butterscotch (cream) colour choice is quite unique. I would buy this again! The suggested delivery time was 2 weeks, it actually arrived in 4 days. A nice surprise. I included a few photos for size comparison.

This coffee make is so cute and works great. My only complaint is that I wish the warmer stayed on a bit longer. Other than that it is fantastic
