Very satisfied , I take it at night and it helps me to sleep better. I didn't buy it for improved sleep but found out after some research that it has helped many people sleep better. I have read several studies that show improved Telomere life when taking this type of herb or root. Telomeres shrink as you age, the better shape they are in the less your body ages or so the studies I have read show. I use this as a natural antibiotic for both me and my dogs. When my dog had her teeth cleaned, I turned to using this product for another few weeks once her antibiotic ran out. I keep this product on hand on a regular basis because it's so effective.

We have really loved this product. We take it at the first sign of a cold or flu (anything that starts with sore or scratchy throat and a chinless) and continue three times a day until better. Between that and pushing fluids, we seem to be able to avoid most colds, etc. Also doesn't bother my tummy.

It works but the recommended dosage is to little for what I ordered it for,it works to improve immunity but the recommended dose is 4000 mg daily for what I was expecting it to do and 1200mg daily for immune support

I use this instead of Symbicort which I used before.
