My phone, keys, wallet fit perfectly with more room to add my compass, tourniquet, and a few gauze pads in case someone gets injured. The material is rugged a will hold up in the toughest condition's. It’s not bulky at all and barely even know you’re wearing it. The flat profile on the back allows you to wear a hydration pack or any type of backpack. The chest rig converts into a fanny pack that I have used as a chest sling when traveling at the airport or in the city. It’s great to have everything I need in front of me, easily accessible. This is my new go-to for hiking, running, traveling, or even just walking around when shopping or sight seeing.
