Ice pack is perfect for what I need - as a spare for the pet sitter to use, but a little disappointed that it did not come in any externally packaging and looked either used or shop soiled (came in box with other ordered items)

This is 4* because it's the only ice pack to fit in the catmate feeder. I searched the whole of Amazon for a normal ice pack at a normal price that would fit the feeder but surprisingly there wasn't one.I find the price of this extortionate considering its just an ice pack - It may say catmate on it but my cat doesn't care about that so long as her food is cold.Not that I am bitter!!!

This product is used in our CatMate food dispenser. Really helpful and useful to have.

Perfect for the cat feeder, but as others have said, the cat feeder design is rather annoying since a normal picnic coolbox ice pack, which is a lot cheaper, won't quite fit by a few millimeters, so you are forced to buy this one at a higher price. But it does the job, so I'm pleased I've got it.

Is authentic

This fits an existing cat feeder, and does the job well.

It is what it says it is.. didn't come in any kind of packaging though just loose in an Amazon wallet. Little overpriced!
