Great Organic Flour for Sourdough and Baking – Easy on Digestion
A friend recommended POLSELLI Organic Flour for sourdough bread, and I’m really glad I tried it. I’ve since used it to make sourdough loaves, bagels, English muffins, and pizza crust, and it has performed really well across all of them. The flour has a light texture and a great taste, and the dough is easy to work with. One of the biggest benefits for me is that I’m gluten intolerant, and I haven’t noticed any issues when using this flour, which has been a huge plus. Overall, this has become my go-to flour for baking.

It's a good quality flour
The flour works just fine. While this brand, unlike, Eincorn, is not certified glyphosate free it's still organic and hopefully with less trace of chemicals.

Healthier than USA flour.
One of three products I have a subscription for! Better quality, and greatly reduced or no "heartburn". Gives many baked goods a slightly crunchy and very satisfying crust, especially cookies. Flakey pie crust. I think this flour greatly reduces my chemical load from flour. Soft white organic wheat grown without glyphosate(Roundup). Wish I had discovered this many years ago. When I have something made with this flour there is little or no guilt afterwards!

Perfect Flour for Baking
This is my second order. I’m gluten intolerant but While touring France and Germany, I discovered I could tolerate bread made with European flour. I’ve tried several different flours but this brand is my top choice. Makes a great sourdough loaf that my husband, children and grandchildren love fresh from the oven. For those of us who are gluten intolerant and looking for a great tasting fermented sourdough bread, this flour is perfect!
