**Q: Does this come in coyote brown or tan?  i am seeking for wear with ocp, as the ucp wear out date is oct 2019.**
A: This is authorized to wear with ocp. Look at 36-2903. 5.11.3. The Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) jackets (fleece, wind, soft shell, wet weather, or extreme cold weather) may be worn without the pants; however, the pants must not be worn without the jacket. No mixing and matching of ABU or OCP cold weather clothing with the ABU or OCP utility uniform. [Exception: Level 7 (Parka Jacket) of the ECWCS can be worn with either the ABU or OCP.]
