These are the real thing and they are well worth the money over the bargin brands.

These are awesome. Heated evenly. All lasted well over the 4 hours, some as long as 5.5 hours, but the average was 5. Considering most buffet style dinners last 3 hours, you can light these ahead of time, get your steam tables hot and have 1 less thing to do immediately before your event. My last party was a month ago and I used an entire case. I set up 12 chafing dishes... I'm very happy with this product.

We had a 6 hour event. These to keep the food heated. I prefer these to the heating trays. These reduce the risk of people getting burned.

Getting Ready for Emergency Power Outages
Usually this item is used for weddings and potlucks for keeping food warm, but our family is preparing for winter power outages that could happen when the electricity it out and you can't use your stove. This combined with another item I purchased on Amazon will let me cook indoors without the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning the air. Individual units let you cook or heat up food at 4 hour time frames and easy to put out the flame by putting the metal lid back on the can. Use in well ventilated room.
