Learning Resources Soft Foam Emoji Cubes, Conversation Cubes for Kids, Set of 4, Ages 3+

I'm a high school history teacher in an urban public school setting and this was great for positive emotional support learning exercises and beginning-of-the-year getting-to-know-you class exercises. Hint: Give a candy or other little prize to participants. I had students roll one emoji and one question dice and then pick. Either they tell the class the last time they felt whatever the emoji dice said, or they answer the question on the other dice.

I am an Intensive In-Home Therapist and have enjoyed utilizing this with my clients! It's a great way to not only build rapport but to get a better understanding of the client's emotional knowledge.

Cute little game, easy to teach, easy to play and versatile. The cubes can be used from preschool up in simple to more complex ways. And Bonus, kids love Emojis! The only thing I wish is that the directions would have pictures of the emojis with their coordinating emotions, because a couple of the emojis are very similar looking.

These are ok and came as expected. I prefer the conversation cubes that I bought to this item. It's not something that I reach for very often.

Mon fils adore les différentes émotions qui sont sur les dès et c'est génial pour jouer avec lui sur les émotions. Le côté rebondissements des dès permet à l'enfant de les jetés sans crainte.

Prodotto di buona qualità tanto per i materiali utilizzati quanto per la grafica utilizzata. Ho molto apprezzato il materiale con cui sono realizzati, una gomma morbida e abbastanza soffice, del tipo di certi anti-stress per intenderci, che attirano molto l'attenzione dei bimbi che li possono stringere nelle loro piccole manine senza rischi di spigoli o altri urti con materiali duri. La grafica utilizzata poi è veramente bella con colori vivi e faccine emozionali ben caratterizzate e divertenti, così come lo sono le scritte, funzionali alla lettura dell'adulto ovviamente, visto il target di età cui è indirizzato il gioco. Fuorviante invece la presentazione ove è indicato che sono 200 cubi di 1,5 cm, mentre sono 4 di circa cm l'uno (solo nella scheda più sotto appare l’indicazione che gli oggetti presenti sono 4). Ritengo comunque di prescindere da tale errore (che mi auspico verrà presto corretto) nella valutazione del prodotto, che ritengo debba essere giudicato per il suo valore in sè. Prezzo giustificato dalla qualità dei materiali ma sicuramente non economico.

Great for working with adults and children as it takes away the explanation and focuses on action. I use it for expression and emotion literacy and is a great ice breaker.

Ich möchte diese Würfel in einer Jugendgruppe einsetzen, damit sie spielerisch mit der englischen Sprache lernen umzugehen. Es gefällt mir besonders dabei, dass die Fragen und Sprechanlässe sehr unterschiedlich in ihren Anforderungen sind und somit für viele Lernstufen einsetzbar sind. Es wird die Kommunikation geübt und zu bestimmten Themen gefestigt. In dem Set sind 2 Würfel, die auf allen Seiten Fragen bzw. Sprachanlässe aufgedruckt haben. Zwei der Würfel zeigen Smilies mit unterschiedlichen Emotionen. Dies kann gut für Sprachanfänger genutzt werden oder auch außerhalb des Sprachunterrichts. Es wäre schön, wenn diese Emotionen aber deutlicher dargestellt wären. Bei einigen Gesichtern fragt man sich, was dort dargestellt ist. Die Würfel sind so groß, dass die Schrift gut zu lesen ist und auch in jede Hand passen müssten. Das Material ist weich und klappert nicht beim Würfeln, was praktisch ist, wenn mehrere Kinder gleichzeitig in einem Raum würfeln.
