Simple Installation with Noticeable Water Quality Improvement
Iโm very happy with this Waterdrop WD-10PP replacement filter. This is the first replacement Iโve done since purchasing the complete under-sink water filter system, and the process was very easy. Removing the old filter and installing the new one took only a few minutes. There is a noticeable difference in the water quality when using this filter. The taste is clearly better, and the water feels fresher compared to when the filter needs to be replaced. It fits perfectly with the Waterdrop TSA, TSB, and TSB-CM systems and works exactly as expected. Overall, itโs a reliable replacement filter that maintains the quality of the water and is simple to install.

water did not taste very good before installing the system. Have to change out the PP every 6 months but the others are yearly.

Reliable Filtering System + Very Efficient Customer Service
Waterdrop customer service was very helpful, particularly Andrew & Leo. After communicating to them my situation, via ph & email, they rushed delivery of a replacement filter 10PP. Because, the filter I had bought last year did work when I put it on... the water didn't flow at all. So, I installed the new replacement they sent me and now every thing is good. I'm happy with their Quality, ease of installation, delivery, friendly & helpful customer service. Highly recommend them.
