This product comes with plastic wrap. Inside the plastic wrapping, you'll see the vacuum-sealed bag; it's sealed extremely tightly and causes some harm to the product itself, including ridges and folds. The cotton is all clumped together, and some features, like the tusks, are flattened. As of review, this product costs £12.59, which would be fine if this product's stitching were a little better.Don't get me wrong. The product itself is extremely cute and fluffy, and most of it feels nice to hug and looks nice at a distance. However, the stitching just lets it down. As you can se there is a random string around the legs; paper stuck to the toes of the elephant, and some other errors.I probably wouldn't recommend it due to these issues; the product is still adorable.

This elephant teddy arrived very tightly vacuumed packed. It was very hard to unpackage. Once open the material was very creased and had taken some time to pop into shape. My son is delighted though. The material is incredibly soft.

Soft, but not made well. There are bits of plastic foil like things sticking out all over. Seems can be seen throughout the whole toy from a distance, just stitched across every few inches. Doesn’t hold its shape very well either after a month of being out of the vacuum sealed bag. Wouldn’t recommend as a gift to a child, despite them not noticing or knowing better, spend a little more and get better quality one instead.

This arrives vacuum packed to the extent that it is impossible to guess the contents through the thick clear wrinkled package, a strange choice of packing but once you can hack through the plastic and release the elephant into the wild he does start to come to life.We gave the elephant a few squishes and pulls etc and after about 15 minutes he had become the elephant we were hoping for, lovely and soft and cuddly.There were though a few little threads that we carefully trimmed off, this hasn’t affected any stitching though.My 8 year old adores this elephant and so far is showing no signs of wear or tearA lovely elephant that we can recommend

I'm very impressed with this elephant soft toy. It looks lovely, and is very soft. I think the price is very good - much cheaper than my favourite brands (Jellycat and Mary Mayer).I do have some niggles, though. There are a number of loose ends of threads, which I trimmed off myself. And I've also trimmed off three small bits of excess material.Despite these small flaws, I've decided to score this elephant five stars. It looks and feels so nice, and I love it.

This toy elephant came out of the vacuum sealed packaging looking limp and bedraggled. I left it to expand for a while and I tried to fluff it up. However, it still feels like it needs more stuffing and the fur looks messy rather than plush. Some of the stitching is also really messy. This is a relatively large toy for the current price of £12 so it’s probably unrealistic to expect top quality. I am sure a younger child will love cuddling it as it is squishy.
