3NS Tex Multicoloured Sports Tape

Bought this tape as I had a pulled groin and I didn't want to spend too much just in case it didn't work for me. I choose pink because I liked it. Though it does come in a variety of colours to suite everyone's taste.The pack came with instructions but I found out through the internet, that there are other ways and positions you can use it for. The guide only gave the instruction for the most common injuries such as a bad back.Good think about the tape is that you can cut how much you want of the length of strip, as it comes in one roll, and on the backing they have marked it out in cm squares. So no need to get the ruler out.The tape was very sticky if you apply immediately to the skin, but don't tear it off again to re adjust as it will loose its stickiness.The tape last for a couple of days but will start to loose its stickiness once in the shower, but not completely.Be warned when you take the strips off it really hurts. I had to do it really quickly so it would be over quicker.Overall it's a good alternative to the original and great for us people watching our budgets.:)

Used this tape for an inner-knee injury just to give some support for an upcoming race. I cut it into 3 strips, 2 short and 1 long making sure to curve the edges (I'd been told this helps it stay stuck down as corners can catch on clothing). Each piece stayed exactly where it was throughout the duration of the race which was a very hot and sunny day and I ran for around an hour.I didn't take the tape off for many hours afterwards thanks to travelling and it remained stuck the entire time. I also have fairly sensitive skin and the glue didn't cause any kind of reaction either.So overall, really pleased with this product, hope to use it again. It offered the support I needed and stayed stuck the entire time. It also has a level of elasticity (as you would expect anyway) that allowed me to bend it rather than taping in a straight line. Recommend!

Always buying this stuff as a gift for my mum who uses it fairly religiously on various body parts; wrists, elbows, feet, knees! It does work and I have used it myself (injury sustained playing in a park.. my fault for playing in the park really!) There are loads of helpful instructions online as how to fit this stuff, so worth checking out to get the most out of the tape. Comes in a bunch of different colours too, so you can feel really professional (though we stick to blue and black usually)... The tape helps to relieve muscle, ligament and tendon pain and offers support where it is needed most. Another benefit to this stuff is that it stays on in water, so showering/baths/swimming are no obstacle!

Recently had severe pain in my foot arch, saw doctor and he diagnosed plantificitis, I used the tape for my sore knee joint and then applied it to my foot, knee still sore but the tape has definitely helped my foot and given it support.

Ordered with mixed feelings but recovering from a hip injury and the tape seems to help. Sticks on fine and seemed to do the job but corners almost immediately started lifting and has completely come off within 24 hours of application every time I have used it (3 times now). So if you want a tape that only attaches for your exercise, then this is fine, but if you want something sturdier and long lasting like the "proper tape" then go elsewhere.

Was pleased with product, works well. The tape is very stretchy. Stuck to skin well and survived one shower. It did roll at the edges when I hadn't stuck the tape on well in the first place and had taken it off and reapplied it. Would recommend.

Works we'll, sticks great, lasts longer than another brand I was using and I'm not allergic to it.I am even happy to have this on display cause well it's funky, unlike the strapple tape my physio used on me (which I was also allergic to).Really supportive and does what it's supposed to.
