Had to take a long road trip to Florida from VA. These cushions helped so much. No pain in the backside or sciatic pain. Very comfortable. I would recommend these cushions for comfort when sitting for extended periods of time is necessary.

This cool gel does stay cool for a while and re-cools once you stand back up. Unfortunately, the pillow really flattens out as you sit down and does not seem to be as supportive as it appears. A little disappointed.
