The PowerBlock Pro 100 Adjustable Dumbbell features a knurled grip that offers improved traction to prevent slipping during sets and durable black urethane weight plates that provide a quieter workout and more resistance to wear and tear than traditional steel plates. This dumbbell is designed to withstand heavy-duty use and ensure longevity and reliability that's uniquely trusted by professional athletic training facilities. You can pair your Pro 100 EXP with compatible attachments (sold separately) to create adjustable barbells and adjustable kettlebells, enhancing your workout possibilities with the Pro 100 system. ## Features - Adjustable Dumbbell: Upgrade your home gym with a professional-grade adjustable weight designed for advanced lifters focused on strength gains, proper form, and precise micro-loading progression - Space-Saving Design: Measuring 19" x 8" x 8", this adjustable dumbbell replaces multiple fixed weights, making it ideal for home gyms, garage gyms, apartments, dorms, and other compact workout spaces - Secure & Simple Adjustments: The secure magnetic pin allows you to quickly select among 30 weights in 2.5- or 5-lb increments, from a base of 5 lbs all the way up to 100 lbs per hand - Trusted by Professionals: PowerBlock dumbbells are the only adjustable dumbbells trusted by professional athletic training facilities in top programs across the nation - Urethane-Coated Weight Plates: The durable black-urethane-coated weight plates on this adjustable dumbbell provide for a quieter workout while more easily resisting wear and tear than regular steel plates ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CTJ627VD | | Best Sellers Rank | #39,514 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #203 in Exercise & Fitness Dumbbells | | Brand | POWERBLOCK | | Brand Name | POWERBLOCK | | Color | Black | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 100 Reviews | | Handle Diameter | 38 mm | | Handle Material | Rubber | | Item Dimensions L x W | 19.2"L x 7.6"W | | Item Highlight | Sold as a Single Unit, Strength Training Home Gym Equipment, Trusted by Pros, Knurled Grips, 30 Weight Increments | | Item Weight | 100 pounds | | Manufacturer | PowerBlock | | Material | Alloy Steel | | Model Number | 504-00187-00 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Number of Pieces | 1 | | Other Special Features of the Product | Adjustable Weight | | Part Number | 504-00187-00 | | Product Dimensions | 19.2"L x 7.6"W | | Set Name | single | | Special Feature | Adjustable Weight | | Style | Adjustable | | Target Use Body Part | Arm | | UPC | 810129690606 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** POWERBLOCK - **Color:** Black - **Item Weight:** 100 pounds - **Material:** Alloy Steel - **Special Feature:** Adjustable Weight ## Images ![PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Single Adjustable Dumbbell, 5-100 lb - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71PIczo7D-L.jpg) ![PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Single Adjustable Dumbbell, 5-100 lb - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/8167LumcovL.jpg) ![PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Single Adjustable Dumbbell, 5-100 lb - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81IfWDiffAL.jpg) ![PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Single Adjustable Dumbbell, 5-100 lb - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71i0JW9fGAL.jpg) ![PowerBlock Pro 100 EXP Single Adjustable Dumbbell, 5-100 lb - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71SWhOSt58L.jpg) ## Frequently Bought Together - PowerBlock Pro 100 Adjustable Dumbbell, Sold As A Single Unit 5-100 lb Dumbbell – Durable Steel Build, Innovative Workout Equipment, Strength Training - POWERBLOCK Large Column Stand, Dumbbell Rack & Weight Rack,Silver/black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ie/products/608430287-powerblock-pro-100-exp-single-adjustable-dumbbell-5-100-lb](https://www.desertcart.ie/products/608430287-powerblock-pro-100-exp-single-adjustable-dumbbell-5-100-lb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Ireland* *Store origin: IE* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
