This was the only fridge freezer at the style and size to fit in the space allocated.The price made it very good value for money.This item looks to be very good quality,and works very well indeed. You can reprogrammed to alter the temperature very easily and the extra inbuilt extras are excellent.Both my wife and myself are really pleased with it and would happily recommend this fridge freezer to anyone looking to buy one of this particular size.Thank you Haier. Incredible. Careful on width as doors open wider than width mentioned.Best fridge we ever had. 4.5 stars, 5 stars if it had handles. Pulling underneath is annoying me I think I might retrofit them

I needed a bigger fridge freezer for our family, I got this american fridge freezer and is exactly what we need.lots of space

Bought the HB20FAAA fridge freezer which the HFR5719EWMP replaces. Initially very good space wise and operation until 3.5 years after buying the freezer section kept defrosting making it unusable. I paid for an engineer to call who diagnosed a faulty motor but could not replace as he was not qualified and did not have the part but would arrange for another visit to replace free under the 10 year parents guarantee. Having not heard I rang Haier to be told the part was on order. I later received an email informing me that no further repair is going to be carried out but as a the product had a 10 year parts guarantee I was offered a replacement fridge freezer model HFR5719EWMP(UK) at a cost of £230.00I asked whether the replacement cost included delivery, installation and removal of the faulty fridge freezer and did not get a reply.The guarantee is obviously worthless. Dealing with their service agent Hoovercandy.com is frustrating. I am not convinced that they do not have replacement parts and that being expected to buy a replacement is absolutely ridiculous. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I am absolutely thrilled with my Haier Fridge, it was exactly as described. The Delivery from AO was incredible, it was delivered so quickly from the date I purchased it and was delivered by such a well organized, polite team, thank you AO. I hope AO recognise both of these Men as their representation of AO is enough to say that I wont hesitate to purchase from them again, as well as recommend them to friends and family. The measurements don’t include the fact that the doors don’t open flush to the side of the fridge like most fridges do. So you need to add at least a good inch and a half to each side to allow the doors to open. Beautiful fridge just a shame had to return due to not fitting in the space due to the lack of additional dimensions!
