Freeze-Dried Diced Mango
Light weighted halfway filled can . High in calories for fruit, which is very good and health incase of an emergency . Has a chip like texture, but a very fresh taste ! Sort of pricey for the amount, but this is very good to have because it is a 30 year shelf life !

Tasty, But Could Use More Quantity
The Augason Farms Freeze-Dried Diced Mango is a great addition to my emergency food stash and everyday snacking. The flavor is fantastic—sweet, tangy, and just like fresh mango without the mess. The texture is light and crispy, perfect for eating straight out of the can or rehydrating for smoothies, baking, or oatmeal. Plus, the 25-year shelf life makes it a reliable long-term storage option. My only complaint? The quantity. For a No. 10 can, I expected more product inside. While what's there is high quality, it feels like you're getting more air than mango. Given the price, a little more fruit would have made this a five-star purchase.Still, if you’re looking for delicious freeze-dried mango with great flavor and longevity, this is a solid choice—just be prepared for a little less than expected. My child tore through the can like a Tasmanian Devil needing its fix.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) – Great taste and shelf life, but wish there was more in the can!

Tastes good, good price for the quantity received, but hit or miss on freshness and size of pieces
I use freeze dried mango in my oatmeal every morning, and I absolutely love it. I was buying Trader Joe’s, and theirs is really great, it’s also very expensive. TJ’s is cut into slices, and I end up cutting it into pieces, so I don’t need the expense associated with getting the nice big slices of freeze dried mangoes. I tried this product, and had no problems with the flavor, texture, or freshness like others have. I agree that you get about a half filled can, and I’m assuming it’s because if they have to make smaller cans for just this product, it’d cost more as they probably have an abundance of the #10 cans. That doesn’t bother me either. Your cost per ounce is by the weight of the product ins, not including the weight of the can, and it’s still very inexpensive compared to the same product by other manufacturers. In fact, I bought 2 cans and just poured one into the other so I only store 1 can, but double the quantity. My concern is all the reviews of those receiving smelly or not edible product, and how small the pieces have become. I was getting mine from Trader Joe’s, and theirs wonderful, and you get large slices, but I’d have to cut them into pieces anyway for my oatmeal. Lately, Augason’s has been sending a can full of pieces under 1/2”, and with a lot of just crumbs and powder. It’s not a good deal if you can even detect it as fruit. I wish they’d get better quality management over the product without increasing the price. I’ve stopped buying this from them for now, especially since it’s not returnable if you’re not happy. If reviews start getting better, I’d consider buying again.

Kinda Meh but Somehow Disappeared! 🤣
Hey fellow Amazonians!::TLDR:: Worth it, buy it, eat it, get a tummy ache LOLI have bought so much of the Augason Farms stuff all to great fanfare. The pineapple is a definite favorite as well as the strawberries; especially with the kiddos. The Mango was a little off-putting at first. I expected this wonderful aroma of mango when I first popped the top. Instead, I get a little feet and dirt smells. I waited a bit and the "freshly worked out foot" smell disappeared leaving me with an earthy fruit smell; not bad really. So, I sat to watch a little TV and get on with the day. I binged the entirety of a season and realized, to my chagrin, that 1/3 of the can evaporated! So mysterious 😮! My stomach hurt too. Turns out, that much freeze dried food sucks all the moisture from your body leaving you a bit dehydrated (like a zombie 🧟♂️.) Kids came down and we're naturally drawn to the can. "WOW, they didn't fill the can too much." They look at me huddled over the sink chugging water, back at the can, see an entire season gone, and reply, "HAHAHA someone's got a belly ache!" To which I gurgly say, "Nope they disappeared."Well the can is all gone. Lasted a couple bowls of cereal and another couple days of shows with the kids. Was it good. Yes, and worth it!
