Well worth the wait
After years of still carrying cables and Bluetooth receivers I finally try to cut the wire. Happy I did! They fit nicely behind the ears: have been wearing them at work for 3 days now and no complaints, very comfortable. Sound quality (considering they support older codecs only) is surprisingly good. And the range... Non of the Bluetooth earphones or receivers I have, hold connection this far! Very impressed. Build quality of the modules is good. Case could be thinner if not smaller (it will fit the biggest iems easily). There is no volume control on the receiver, only call answer, previous, next, pause. No problem as I don't usually change volume. Considering the simplicity and effectiveness they are fantastic value for money. Mine came from China, we'll worth the wait.

Well performing budget wireless adapter
This is a review for a combination of two products: the 7Hz X Crinacle Zero:2 paired with the TRN BT20 Pro - combined these two create a True Wireless (TWS) pair of headphones for under £50 total. Individually, both products will typically sell for £25 or less. I purchased these both as my first set of wireless buds but also to allow me to have replaceable wireless adapters in the event of battery failure or equipment damage. I would have preferred a product with replaceable batteries but these currently do not exist. The TRN BT20 Pro is the latest revision of TRN's wireless adapter product for IEMs that are usually wired, and are used to convert them into Bluetooth wireless buds. This has the advantage of being able to swap back to a wired connection at any time in situations where a wire is more appropriate. TRN insist on using overly similar names for the various versions of this product they have apparently released over the years so to clarify, this is the latest, most basic model of the BT20 line with Bluetooth 5.3 support. You need to provide your own IEM for them then and make sure the version you purchase has compatible connectors, or the product is useless to you. The 7Hz x Crinacle Zero:2 that I paired with these has a 0.78mm 2PIN connection, so I bought that model. The connectors are removeable and swappable however - but you can't take advantage of this as the product is supplied and have to purchase the alternative connectors separately (or buy 2 different versions of the product and keep the second pair as a backup). I like the idea and support its inclusion but suspect I will not use this feature in practice. It's nice to have, though! Connecting the IEMs to the hooks is an effortless and simple process and the hooks themselves are very soft and gentle against your skin so will not cause comfort issues. One of the likely reasons this product is so inexpensive is the barebones list of codecs it supports - namely SBC and AAC, two of the oldest available. This means only lossy audio playback is possible, and there will be a minor but perceptible quality loss when using this over a wired connection or when playing very complex audio tracks. Overall however, playback quality is very good, excusing the unavoidable Bluetooth delay and it took running a microwave right next to the audio source to cause any wireless connection malfunctions or dropouts. The signal range is impressive, going well beyond my house - I could probably have the source in the living room and be at the opposite end of my back garden and still get a clear signal. These adapters have no volume controls, however, so you're reliant on the audio source doing the volume control for you - I had no problems pairing this product to my phone and letting my phone handle volume, though, so all was well and there were no alarming losses of volume settings or other bizarre behaviour to worry about. The charging cradle is impressive for such an inexpensive product, with plenty of room to store the IEMs and adapters, so the adapters do not need to be removed when not in use and can remain attached indefinitely. There is a short USB-A to USB-C cable provided and this is enough to keep the case and adapters charged, and I have yet to have the adapters run out of battery when in use so the charge time is more than good enough for general use. This does mean however that a fast charging cable will absolutely overload the charging cradle and break it, so do not attempt to hook this up to a USB-C port!As a paired unit, the Zero:2 and BT20s work very well together overall, and over time this turned out to be a bit of a fluke. I keep finding that the left adapter slips slightly on the 2PIN connection when in use, exposing the pins by a millimetre, but this is easily checked for and corrected and did not affect the connection or sound quality in practice. I suspect this is more a problem with the Zero:2 than the adapters however and explains why the cable supplied with the Zero:2 is so stiff, but it's worth noting nevertheless. I also tried my Truthear Novas with this product and while performance was acceptable and stable, not only were the pins constantly slightly exposed due to the contoured shape of the Nova so I wouldn't trust this pairing outside or in a very damp room, the Nova's superior treble response highlighted the shortcomings of the lossy Bluetooth codecs in a way that the Zero:2s simply didn't. Clearly this product was intended to be used with TRN's own range of IEMs rather than their competitors' and while this is understandable it prevents me from being able to recommend the TRN BT20 Pros generally for any 2PIN IEM. If however your IEM's cable sits flush and level with the edge of the IEM proper, the BT20 should fit fine as it does for the Zero:2.Ultimately, I consider this experiment a success. The 7Hz X Crinacle Zero:2 is a fantastic IEM, let alone a fantastic ultrabudget IEM, and you are highly likely to have an excellent time with it. If you want to go wireless with it, the TRN BT20 Pro is at the time of writing one of the few choices available to let you do so and is very affordable as well. They make a good, if not perfect, pairing and I am likely to get a lot of use out of these two!

Tested and holds up
After using these daily for a few months I can say I wouldn't be without them now;the battery life on the earpieces themselves have lasted upwards of 5 hours of listening, the cases battery has lasted me over a week without topping it up.Connectivity is decent, if your device has good range these will too.Sound quality takes a slight hit vs wired, but it's livable to not have to worry about getting tangled in wires.Only issue i could see coming up is if you had very large IEMs they may be a tight fit into the charging case, though my TRUTHEAR x Crinacle Zeros fit snugly.Awesome for the price, would recommend.

Price Vs Quality
Easy to use and fit is comfortable for my ears and enables you to swap out different iem’s. Sound quality is very good for the price, dependant on quality iem used. Case could be better quality, that’s where the money has been saved but don’t let that put you off as it’s a quality product for the price!

Good sound
Remove small protective film from charging pins on both ear sets before use. Charges in about 1 hr.Pairs automatically once basic instructions understood.Hooked them to the brilliant 7hz zero 2 budget iems which sound really good with the BT20. There is enough detail & clarity and a nice rich smooth bass to deliver a pleasing sound. Plenty of power. Non fatiguing.

Not perfect, good for the price
They work relatively well for making a pair of IEMs wireless. Simple to put over the ears. I thought that the weight of them would be too uncomfortable but it's fine. The battery/Bluetooth section is quite large though and the fit can be awkward if you wear glasses. The problems I have with them is they will sometimes just cut out for a split second mid song. This normally happens when around other Bluetooth devices (eg commuting). It's not regular and similar things happen with far more expensive TWS earbuds etc, but do be warned - they aren't perfect (what did you expect for twenty quid?)

Works well
Easy to setup. Used them with 2 pin IEMs and is the cheapest way to make your IEMs mobile. Just detach the cable from the IEMs and attach to these. Comfortable around the ear. Check whether your IEMs have extremely long pins on the cable, ie the connection to the ear pieces sits very deep as this could cause an issue. Both my Origin and Zero Red worked well.

Great value if you have iems you like already.
Decent sound quality and the battery life seems to be as advertised. Good range and solid connection.
