So much better than the water type diffusers!
I love this little diffuser. It is easy to set up and the scent lasts about 8 days. It is small and discreet but delivers a lot of scent. I wish that I could buy the scents individually as I like some better than others.

Diffuser stopped working halfway through my first bottle of essential oil.
I'm less than halfway through my first bottle of essential oil and the diffuser has already stopped working. Now, I'm left with 4.5 bottles of essential oils that i can't diffuse. On a positive note, I started with the Hyatt scent, and I really liked the smell. It's also important to note that the diffuser's power comes from a USB cord, so it can't be plugged into the wall without an adapter. I gave this product 1 star because the diffuser only lasted for a couple of weeks when was only using it a couple of hours a day.UPDATE: After seeing my review, they have sent me a new working diffuser. I've updated to 4 stars because of the customer service, and I love the smell of the scents.

I was so excited until…
I was so excited about these. I bought one, loved it so much ordered two more and then a friend and my sister bought one. They worked great was quite and then two months later they stopped diffusing and I had oil all over my wood furniture and floor. They were just spitting oil out. Yes I cleaned them after every bottle went through. Didn’t change bottle until empty because it’s a mess if you try to change bottle when it still has oil in it. Its to late to return them and good luck contacting the manufacturer. Really mad very disappointed

Too tiny
This is a great concept if it were larger… I have a very very tiny house and I cannot smell these unless I’m right next to it. This might be great for a bathroom or laundry room, but for a regular size den or kitchen it is entirely too small.

I love all the hotel scents! They make even my teen boys rooms smell great!! Love this product. Wish they offered more scents in the refill size
